Great Property and Location

The host was a great communicator. The location of the property was great! Walmart is a mile away, and Disney is within 3 miles. The property has excellent amenities. We all loved the house, pools, and playgrounds.

Great Holiday Celebration

We came to go to the parks to see my daughter march in a parade and then stayed to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends. This was the perfect place within driving distance to the parks and allowed us a place with room to gather.

Super clean with everything you need

Property is immaculate and well-appointed. Community has a great pool with water slides and arcade/game room that kept our kids very entertained. The booking process was easy and communication with the host was great. We had a great time!

Great rental

Very nice rental with a few “extras” like beach towels sitting by the pool door for use, mega blocks for our 4yo to play with, coffee beside the coffee maker for our first early morning, and so many more little things that made us feel welcome. It’s the little things that truly make a difference and this rental had it.

Great 1week stay

We did a 1 week family trip to visit Disney and other parks. We always come to Windsor Hills for our Florida vacation but stay in a different townhome each time. This home met all of our needs. It was clean, the owner was responsive and had everything we needed including a great supply of strollers and car seats.

Perfect location, close to parks.

Everything you could possibly need is so close by. Great space inside of home, clean and host was quick to resolve a minor mishap in the beginning ( nothing with properly, gate issue). Kids room decor is perfect! We will definitely book here again. Windsor Hills is by far our favorite.

Our stay!

We had a great time resort is beautiful, town house was nice, beds were cozy! Everything worked as it should. Lots of towels! Definitely could use a different cleaning company! We stayed 8 nights and definitely enjoyed our time!

Location location location

We loved our stay here and it fit our needs perfectly. The private pool was our favorite aspect and I love the location of this property. It seemed to be located perfect my to help avoid heavy traffic areas compared to other places we have stayed in the past. The management was very prompt with any needs. The pool got a little murky one day and they made it top priority and had it fixed that same day.

Great location, cute condo, beds terrible

Everything was great with our stay outside of the beds. They were rock hard, almost as hard as the pillows. Sleep was difficult to achieve after a long day in the parks, but the condo was clean and comfortable otherwise. Private pool was a great way to relax in the evenings.

Family Disney Trip

Communication pre-trip was great and the check in process was smooth. Townhome was perfect for a family and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for our oldest and would also work if you brought grandparents. It’s a 15 minute drive to any of the parks and 10 minutes or less from numerous restaurants and take out places. Kids enjoyed the private pool, but we were too tired from the day to try the community pool or clubhouse.

This home was perfect for my first family trip to Florida, specifically Disney. The home was VERY clean, all the beds were very comfortable, and the decor made for that cozy at home feel. I will absolutely be rebooking this condo for my family for any future trips to Florida! The small private pool was a huge hit for my kids as well! The owner was also very responsive, and the check in and out was smooth as could be. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely deserving of 5+ stars!

Great Retreat

This home was a wonderful place to relax between Disney and beach visits. It had everything we needed and was clean, quiet, and spacious. We were saddened that the community pool was closed for remodeling, so I would recommend checking to see if there are any repairs scheduled during your trip if you are making a pool day part of your plans. As far as the condo itself though, I have nothing but great things to say. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

It's a cute little condo. We weren't there much except to sleep. Wish we had more time to explore and enjoy the rec center. John gave detailed info on how to get into condo, which was much appreciated. We were hoping for an early checkin but didn't get a follow-up email/text indicating yes or no. But it all worked out. Would stay there again when traveling to Orlando.

Wondeerful Home

What a great house! Comfortable and clean. Looking for a quite place near Disney World this is where you want to stay. Beds were all comfortable, bathrooms had tons of towels. Thank you for providing pool towels too. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of room to roam around. Not a lot of sitting room in the family room, but we made due. It was a great place and we would definately use this place again. Host was wondeful and quick to communicate if we had any questions.

Great Location, Needs Love

Perfect location, great amenities in resort. Disappointed in the condition of the unit itself and the furniture. Needs a good cleaning, kitchen chair broke immediately, furniture is in need of overall updating. Hopefully the new owner will make some upgrades because this unit has lots of potential.

Short drive to Disney!

Great location! Near Disney, clean condo and neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and slides. Did not use the personal small pool to review it. Nice to have some garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels so you don't have to immediately run to walmart if you arrive late (though it is right around the corner. Had an issue with the front door keypad and it was addressed quickly. As a family of 6, we had plenty of room, and enjoyed a first floor bedroom since my hubby recently had knee surgery and can’t handle stairs right now. We would definitely recommend, and stay here again 😊

Milestone Birthday Trip

My family and I stayed at this wonderful townhome for 11 nights. The location is amazing! So close to all of the Disney parks. There is also so much to do at the resort when you take a day off from the parks. The townhome was very comfortable. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms so everyone could get ready. The beds were were all comfy. The splash pool was heated (and clean), but it was still a bit chilly in January to enjoy it. The townhome was well stocked with dishes, towels, TP & paper towels. We ordered from Walmart for food and extra supplies (laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, 13 gallon trash bags, etc.)There was no problem having items delivered. We also ordered from Uber Eats one night and that worked out fine as well. Keep in mind that you can get most things delivered, but not anything from USPS. There's a lot of shopping and places to eat very close as well. I had an amazing 60th birthday and we all had a great stay at this fabulous townhome!

Townhouse in Windsor Hills

Stayed two weeks in a townhouse in Windsor Hills resort. Had a very good time there. Everyone enjoyed the resort pool, water park for the children and the market/ restaurant was very good and convenient. The townhouse showed some wear and either requires a deep clean or some refreshing such as painting. The beds were comfortable and very clean, the toilets had been clean and sanitized however the floors and area rugs were stained and showed their age. The pool was handy at the townhouse however the pump required repairs in the second week. No fault of the host. He had the repair person check it and unfortunately it required a part that did not arrive during our stay. The townhouse was fully equipped with nice bathroom towels and alot of pool towels. There were toys for the pool and nice loungers outside. Overall fairly comfortable for the two weeks.

Fantastic condo in great gated neighbourhood

Perfectly positioned for both Disney and Universal ( Disney being closer). Also massive Walmart with long opening hours within 3 minute drive. What we Loved Distance to parks, your own small pool to have a dip in after a long day. Great large pool and slides (in summer season slides shut at 8pm and pool open until 10pm so you can even go after doing the parks for the day!) Cute Mickey themed bedding in the kids room. Plenty of space. Useful items like pushchairs, stair gates, and travel cots. Swim items like arm bands, pool toys ect Guests had left behind Universal park mugs which you could top up each day with refills for $11 this was perfect for the heat we experienced. Oven was massive and could fit a extra large pizza in to cook. Safe neighbourhood, quiet and comfortable. What could have been better, Condo felt a little tired in areas. Can’t really think of any other negatives. We loved it overall and would return in a instant if we were ever lucky enough to visit again.

September 2023 visit

We booked with the previous owner before she sold to the current owner initially. The current owner honored the previous arrangements and was very responsive with communication. The rental itself was very close to the community pool area and an awesome location- end unit! Overall everything was clean, plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchenware. The unit itself is a little dated in general and needs a little facelift but seeing this owner just purchased the unit and honoring previous agreements he likely hasn’t had a chance to get in there and do work. One of the legs of a kitchen had clearly been broken and Re glued back in (in a weird direction) at some point so it was very uneven and difficult to sit on (the kids each took a good spill off of it a few times so we moved it away for the week). There is bar top seating as well which allowed us to accommodate our family during meals just fine. We would return to Windsor Hills again for sure and this unit! Our kids loved the Mickey theming in the bedroom as well and we all really enjoyed the splash pool!! We made some great memories here!

Better luck elsewhere

If you read no further, I should just summarize things by saying, "You'll probably spend your hard-earned money better with another rental." If you read further, please know it's not because I'm trying to nitpick or be overly fussy. We've come to Windsor Hills annually for five years, so this review is based on our ability to compare/contrast between each prior rental. 1. We arrived to no power in the unit. We'd arrived with groceries that required a functional fridge. We did eventually get hold of him and power was restored. We did not receive an explanation for the power loss that seemed plausible. 2. The pool was unsanitary. Our definition of unsanitary is this: There were about 10-12 dead earthworms at the pool's bottom, and the water was markedly unclear. To his credit, when we commented on this the owner had the pool folks come by the following day. I'm limited on space, so though I could comment on the very limited household supplies and many other negative aspects, I'll just summarize by suggesting you shop elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
