Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Log out of all apps on the TVs and XBox, and return remotes to original places.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement must be electronically signed & photo ID required for Windsor Hills Resort registration within 48 hours of booking
Security deposit hold of up to $300 will be placed 3 days prior to check-in. Secure gated community, exterior cameras, 24/7 manned guardhouse.
Primary renter minimum age 25. Max occupancy 8 guests including infants and children. No pets/animals. No smoking. 3 vehicles max per resort rules.

When our eldest turned five, we celebrated with a trip to Disneyland. It was the first time any of us had been, and we fell in love instantly. That one magical trip sparked a tradition that’s lasted nearly two decades. Since then, every family vacation has taken us to a Disney or Universal park.

We’ve made countless memories soaking in the sugar-dusted sweetness of churros, feeling the sun on our faces, and riding wave after wave of adrenaline and laughter. These places have become more than just destinations, they’ve become a second home for our family.

There’s something incredibly special about how these parks bring us closer. My husband, James, and I are just big kids at heart, and there’s no better place to let that playful side shine than alongside our children, fully immersed in the magic and joy of it all.

Why they chose this property

Like many Disney and Universal fans, we’ve always wished we could bottle up the feeling of being in the parks and bring a little of that magic home with us. When the opportunity arose to own a home in Windsor Hills, we knew we wanted to create something more than just a vacation rental — we wanted to create an experience.

Club 34 was thoughtfully designed to combine immersive theming, family-friendly fun, and elevated comfort in a way that feels both exciting and relaxing after long park days. From subtle Disney touches and wizarding-inspired details to upgraded bedding, themed bedrooms, and a private heated plunge pool, every part of the home was created with care and intention.

One of the things we love most about this property is its location. Being just a short walk to the clubhouse, water park, and resort amenities makes vacation days easier, more relaxing, and more enjoyable for families.

We hope the memories made here with your loved ones are so magical that not even a neuralyzer or obliviate charm could make you forget them.
