Step inside, and you'll find a primary suite, complete with a plush King bed, private bath, Smart TV, and balcony access. There's a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom and an awesome surf's up bunk room (four twin beds) for the kids. With flat-screen TVs in every room and enough space for up to 10 guests with a sofa sleeper.

pools- an oceanfront outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. Need a beach break? Dry off and hit the tennis and pickleball courts, fitness room, boardwalk, and grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham –EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team.
