Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' One of the largest decks on the island!! The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating including a new sofa. A SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals while at the beach, and a ice maker to fill your cooler on the way to the beach! The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Summer House on Romar Beach is a favorite among visitors to the area! The development has wonderful amenities:

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Best condo ever

We loved staying at Spanish Key. We come down to this area every year and this was the best place we ever stayed. The condo was just as described and pictured. Plenty of room for our family and very clean. Just big enough, beautiful beach, friendly neighbors, good location. We enjoyed the fitness center, sauna, pool, and hot tub. We will be back.

Nice unit

The construction was a disappointment. A lot of trash surrounding the condo and appeared that no one was cleaning construction debris. It was unclear on how to gain access to the building due to all the construction upon arrival.
