Completely remodeled beach house in paradise! Every room is fresh and bright with grand windows and double doors that open to screened-in porches. The elevator allows for disabled accessibility and comfort. The 450 ft dock allows for water activities of all kinds ( only shared by the properties we own. Kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets are provided for fun on the bay (shared by the properties that we own). At night, there is unforgettable star gazing, and when a full moon rises the bay sparkles like diamonds.
The Gulf offers great fishing, water sports, and sugar white sand. Have a bonfire and make hot dogs, burgers, shrimp boils, or s'mores. Bring your games - horseshoes, croquet, Molkky, Badminton, volleyball, football, & Frisbee, or spend your day making sandcastles and sculptures – anything you can imagine.
A completely separate downstairs apartment. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room with kitchen, separate entrance and designated internet. One bedroom has a king size bed and day bed, the second bedroom is decorated with a king size.*** CAN NOT BE RENTED SEPARATELY***

Why they chose this property
You are right on the bay with a gorgeous 450” dock. This house has vast screened in porches front and back, and generous windows that bathe the interior with beautiful lighting and bring the outdoors inside. The home is the perfect location for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and wildlife viewing. The backyard has an amazing fire pit that is ideal for campfires for you to cap off the evening with a relaxing glass of wine. We provide a golf cart for your use as well. From this home the Gulf is only about a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Our beaches are sugar white sand and generally not very crowded.
If you have a larger party, we have remodeled a downstairs separate unit bringing the total sleeping space up to13 guests as of July 24,2021
