The house is spacious and comfortable set on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The beachside town of Narragansett is walking distance. The beautiful state beaches are a 10-12 minute drive away.
House has good bones and layout with plenty of room for extended family and friends to visit and a very large yard. Convenient location that is accessible to both highway and to getting to Narragansett Town Beach area. Overall its dated and could use an upgrade on things that matter like beds. Since its pending for sale, one could hope updates are coming.
We had a wonderful week down in
Narragansett. The house and location were exactly what needed. The amenities provided was better than expected. Thank you for an amazing family vacation week! We look forward to renting again next summer!!!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We can't wait to welcome you back next summer!
This house is as it looks (clean and roomy). It's very large with lots of room for 2 families to spread out. It has a gorgeous yard and is on a quiet street. It was the perfect location for us as its 1.5 miles from the beach and walking distance to 2 parks for the kids. The owner was around and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Despite COVID-19 - our overall experience was great. House needs some TLC - not really dirty but feels neglected. Size and amenities were great. Loved the location! Everything worked well. So glad it worked out for us to stay full 2 weeks.

The house was awesome! It allowed for small groups in different rooms doing their own thing. The little extras and creative spaces were fun! Loved the location, quiet and removed from the hubbub of Narraganset….but close enough to everything. The only challenge was the air conditioning… but we figured it out for the most part! We would like to stay again! Thankyou!

Thank you so much for your review! So happy to hear you enjoyed this vacation home!
Just like it said. Perfect for family gatherings. Lots of room in the backyard. The mature trees gave plenty of shade where deer came nearly every day. Two big comfortable family rooms. We saw the fireworks at the town beach from the backyard. Even though it was in a neighborhood it was very private, no one can see into the yard.

Thank you so much for your positive review! We are so happy you enjoyed yourselves and had a great vacation!
2nd year staying at this property. Awesome for a larger family or bringing friends along. Kids played the most epic games of hide-and-seek :) I used to haul all sorts of things from home on my stays in Narragansett, but this place has everything you need. This year the older kids really enjoyed the nearby skate park and other recreational facilities. Great memories, two years in a row. This house is a gem. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for your review! We greatly appreciate it and are so happy you had a great experience!
House was very spacious, good for extended family. There were a number of places people could hang out, dining room had a long table, living room lots of comfortable spaces, TV room. Outside space was very nice with a grassy backyard. There were a number of issues with the house, mold in basement, sewer smell from first floor bathroom, light switches that were confusing, not enough toilet paper or paper toweling, loud air conditioner. The house is located in a great area with access to beautiful beaches and to other points of destination such as ferry to Block Island and Newport..

Carrie and her group were respectful to the house throughout their stay. I believe there was a bit of confusion regarding a "sewer smell in the bathroom" as the house is not on septic system. While most homes in beach communities of New England deal with an overabundance of humidty and damp conditions, this home is no exception, and is provide routinue maintenance to ensure the safety and well being of its guests, including regular inspections. We do hope the additional amenities, comforts of the home, and proximity to the beach provided lasting memories for their group.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Nice for large group.
The house itself had plenty of room although it’s very awkward. The kitchen is large but difficult to use. The oven does not hold a regular size cookie sheet as it is too small. And the dishwasher is on the opposite side of the dishwashing sink. The beds are comfortable downstairs as is the furniture. You have to go up a full flight of stairs to get into the house which was difficult as I have a bad knee. The biggest problem we found was that the beach passes do not cover parking. There is no parking at the town beach so we had to drop off, drive back to the house and get a cab. I do wish I knew that before we got to the beach that first day with all of our stuff and children and could not park. Otherwise great house in a great location.

We loved the size and convenience
Of the house. Just a few negatives. The refrigerator is too small for a house that sleeps 9/10. Also they have a ant problem in the kitchen. That being said, we had a great time. You should update the listing. The patio furniture was a nice surprise, and the bedroom with the 3 beds are 2 twins and a full/ queen not 3 twins. We had bedding for 3 twins. Thank you!
The location was great for all ages with nearby bike trail, Canonchet walking Trail, park with tennis and bocce courts and baseball fields. The Narragansett Town beach is about a mile away - with 4 beach passes provided. The house is well stocked, the AC works, washer/dryer works, the beds were comfortable - the piano, ping pong and foosball tables were fun for all. There are two long staircases to enter or exit the house to the driveway, one of them has a 5 stair off-shoot that goes to the front yard rather than the driveway. This was useful for anyone with difficulty using stairs - but the front yard had some brush and was a little uneven so still a little challenging. There is another exit out the back of the house with fewer stairs and longer walk around house with slow incline between front and back. The yard is huge with lots of shade trees - rabbits and deer are frequent guests here! Favorite nearby spots - the Caf Bar in Wakefield, Coast Guard House and Trio in Narragansett. The realtor was very responsive and quick to reply to all questions or requests. Very positive experience over all!

Very cozy and nicely located house but it is dirty and needs proper air conditioning
Overall, it is very cozy and nicely located house. However, it is dirty and needs proper air conditioning on the main floor. Owner and management was very responsive but after the initial fix the air conditioner was turning off 3 more times including our last day. We learned that it had to be restarted in order to work again and in a 90° weather it is less than desirable. They need to fix it or mention it in the house description. Also, the house wasn't clean. We had to rewash all of the dishes/tools we used and clean drawers in the bathrooms. They were really dirty. The furniture drawers in all rooms were bad too. We just decided not to use them at all. The kitchen layout was very nice and could easily accommodate our large group of people but the refrigerator in it was very small. We would love to visit again if the above issues will be addressed.
