Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

This condo was great for the price but when I went to book for 2023 the price had doubled, for this price I would expect alot of upgrades. The condo was just nice nothing over the top. Was just average.

Spring Break at Summer House A

We loved the location and beautiful view from our 14th floor balcony. Beautiful condo with plenty of room. Could use more options in the kitchen for pans, containers with lids to take down to the beach and spices. We were surprised by the beach wagon that was available on our balcony. Saved us trips back and forth! All in all we loved our stay on Orange Beach.

Great Location

The location was great! I would suggest that the owners take stock of items that renters commonly need. There was no can opener, cookie sheets, metal spatula, and the toaster needs to be replaced. The beds and furniture were comfortable and I'm sure these minor inconveniences will be taken car of.

Loved the condo for a party of 5 and a baby. We were able to feel like an owner as we met many owners of other condos and was welcomed with open arms. The view was superb and the beds very comfortable. The condo was decorated so cute and you felt at home. I wish beach chairs were included but we paid the daily fee at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities if you wanted to cook. We loved this property and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

The host was awesome and kept check on us. The place was just as posted with plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought 2 beach chairs and a wagon but they provided multiple beach chairs and had a wagon there if we needed it. It was so nice that everyone had a chair to sit on the beach with. Thank you so much for the hospitality and convenience of everything!!

Hardin Orange Beach Vacation

We really liked the condo we stayed in. Only issues were leaking shower door in master bath and someone smoking on a patio somewhere below us each day. A note went out the very first day warning folks this is a non-smoking condo, but whoever it was just ignored that. Otherwise, great weather and great condo.

So Relaxing

We were very pleased with the property. When not walking on the beach (very convenient access), we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying God’s creation, simply gorgeous. The location was convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. All the furniture was in good condition. I say all furniture because the outdoor furniture at the place we stayed last year was falling apart. The check-in process was simple. The folks at the gate to the parking lot were friendly. We highly recommend staying here. Hope it’s available on our next visit.

Best condo yet!

My wife and I have been staying in quite a few different beach condos over last two years to find a building / area we really love…this condo is hands down our favorite! Layout is fantastic, beautifully decorated and let me tell you about that balcony! Huge! Absolutely perfect. It’s also really nice being high up as it cuts down on the noise from the pool below plus views are absolutely spectacular! We are already looking for when next opening is to book this condo again. Truly amazing and perfect for the whole family.

Needs some attention

Toaster not working, master bath toilet doesnt flush unless you hold the handle the entire time. Went to dinner and upon arrival the storage room door was opened. I feel like someone was there while we were gone with nonotification. Issue with something very nasty in the pool and wasnt addressed until the next day. Paid for ice only to open the door and find it empty. We had a great time but i would look for different lodging.

Family Adult Vacation

There was an issue with the dishwasher but the property manager had a member of their maintenance crew come out with in a couple of hours and resolved the issue. All beds were comfortable. The only draw back due to the fact that we planned on cooking each night, was the kitchen was not overly stocked with a wide variety of pots, dishes, or utensils. It only had very basic stuff.

Orange Beach

GREAT location, view from the balcony was awesome! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. Downside - floors, including the shower, were dirty and gritty, kitchen counters hadnt been wiped down and dirty glasses were in the cabinets. I did contact property owner about the floors and someone came out the same day to clean the livingroom and kitchen floors but didnt in the bedrooms and shower. Overall we still had an awesome time, we even stayed another day
