This luxury beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix V and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12 (max of 8 adults-we classify adults as anyone over age 12). The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 6.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is a dream for the kids with a custom built shark-themed bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, sleeping 6. The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking:
Resort fees are charged by the building at $55+tax per vehicle for all vehicles parking on property and may be purchased at the Coastline desk. This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (24), which is situated directly by the elevators for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

Prime Condo on Orange Beach

This was our 4th trip to Gulf Shores, and this was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at! The condo was beautiful and roomy and right on the beach. The property owner and staff on site were very communicate and helpful. The garage parking space right by the elevator was perfect for a family member who needed accessibility. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Very nice condo on clean beach

Well appointed kitchen...only problem we had was terrible elevator service because the complex is re-doing their elevators...hopefully this will be cleared up after renovations. Hosts were good communicators and responded quickly to any request we had. Brand new balcony furniture.
