Charming house between beach and trade

We offer a charming house located in the town of Rothéneuf in Saint Malo.
Less than 300 meters from the two most beautiful beaches, the house is adjoining ours. The access is through a gate overlooking a gravelled and flowered courtyard completely independent of our access.
On three levels, the house is perfect for a family with children or two couples. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Renovated this year - except the kitchen that will be in the fall - the house is comfortably furnished and the bedding is new. It involves:
- On the ground floor, a living room-dining room and a kitchen,
- first, a large bedroom with a bed of 160, wardrobe and desk, a bathroom and separate toilet,
- the second, another large room with a bed of 180 or two beds of 90 and two other beds, ideal for children 80x190, a bathroom and separate toilet.
It has all the electrical equipment, television and wifi.
The courtyard is reserved for your unique use and has garden furniture and a barbecue.
Our house is semi-detached but apart from your arrival and departure, you will not see us unless you need information.
On arrival and departure, you can unload your car in front of the house. The rest of the time, the small local car parks are free.
The house can be rented with only one room. Consult us.
