. Calm and relaxation. 100 m2 living space. Very pleasant villa for 8 people, very well equipped, located 100 m from the Val beach and 100 m. shops and the center of the town. Super markets 10 minutes by car. Sailing school 200 m away. Good restaurants.
Ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in a quiet area.
4 bedrooms, (2 double beds, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. 1 bathroom, 1 W. C. independent, 1 shower room / sink, W. C., 1 living room, 1 dining room, completely redone kitchen (end of 2011), Nespresso coffee machine (plan to take capsules because you can only find them in Nantes for the moment ....), small garden where you can park your car, south facing terrace with fixed BBQ and garden furniture. Possibility to have meals on the terrace. Pleasant neighbors.
TV with TNT modem and DVD player, radio, indoor games and children's books.
Not suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs
Many excursions to do, water sports, Restaurants, Casino, cinema, golf, horse riding, tennis, very interesting Aquarium, sailing club, spa, body treatments, discos.
