Why they chose this property
The home is ideally located to experience everything Laguna Hills has to offer, with attractions like Disney Land, Universal Studios, and the San Diego Zoo all within an easy drive away.
The gorgeous Main Beach is only 15 minutes away, where you can settle in for a day on the water and lazing on the sand, soaking up the Californian sun.
Take a short drive up to Newport Landing and spend the afternoon on a whale-watching cruise or discover the enviable park and trail system, giving guests plenty of opportunities to get outside and soak up the California sunshine.
Considered the most popular park in Laguna Beach, Heisler Park offers stunning views of the cliffs above the beach and the crashing waves below. Here you can try scuba diving, have a picnic, or take a walk along with the tide pools and discover all sorts of creatures.
For a fun day out, head to South Coast Plaza, Southern California's premier shopping destination offering 250 boutiques, 30 restaurants, and four performing arts venues, then stop into Mission Viejo mall, Irvine Spectrum, and Fashion Island for even more of a retail fix.
If you work up an appetite on your shopping adventures, you can buy local fruits and vegetables at the Laguna Beach Farmers' Market every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and stock up on fresh supplies for your stay.
Visit the Laguna Beach Art Museum, a destination for anyone interested in California art. Unlike any other museum in the state, it only collects California art and ranges across all periods and styles from nineteenth-century to present-day.
If golfing is your forte, then you'll love the Laguna Woods Golf Club just 1 mile from the house or the popular Monarch Beach Golf Club located in Dana Point, with over 6,600 yards of sprawling greens and stunning views from each of its 18 holes.
Immerse yourself in worlds of fun and entertainment within this central Laguna Beach location!
