The house was in a nice area, big enough for 10 people. Had games and toys. House needs Alot of TLC I mean alot. Had good amount of dishes and pans. Need to update pots an pans. Needs better towels. Nice house if you don't mind doing alot of your own cleaning first..Otherwise nice area lots of room in house...

I usually leave positive reviews, but wanted to share our feedback. The description is not accurate as there is no hot tub, and the home needs a lot of updating and tlc. We had to buy an additional frying pan just to be able to cook breakfast. We had to buy a shower liner as they only had a cloth mesh curtain that water would leak through. Bought pillows as the ones in the guest rooms were terrible. Not enough towels and not good quality. Overpriced for location and what you get. We also left a couple of items behind on accident and the owner has not responded back after our stay. Would not recommend.

Perfect for our needs!

We were in town for a family wedding in Laguna beach and it was perfect. Kids loved the game room. Lost of space for people to spread out. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host brought us extra towels when we didn’t have enough. Only challenge was that messages sent through the app were not returned. I ended up texting the host via the phone number that was listed with the booking and they were very responsive after that.

It could have been so beautiful...

On the surface it seemed like a great house, but as we settled in we became increasingly disappointed. The mattresses were the worst and the pillows were flat like pancakes - like every single pillow! The dishwasher didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't work. I had to use a toilet plunger to clear the sink and got covered in old sink crud that came splashing from the overflow. Disgusting. The toilet paper roll in the master bath is hanging on by a rusty nail. The game room was cool but the net for ping pong was broken and there was no apparant plug for the air hockey table. There were exactly six missmatched forks and not a sharp knife in the house. We've stayed in a gazillion vrbos over the years and this is the only one that was truly a miss. The house has great potential but definitely needs some love.

Prefect Getaway

The location and property was prefect for our weekend getaway. The host was responsive and helpful. Laguna Beach is an easy distance away. I highly recommend dining (outdoors) at, near by, Two Left Forks. The house is in a quite neighborhood which is just what we were looking for. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Thank you!

House helped make it a great trip.

Considered the most popular park in Laguna Beach, Heisler Park offers stunning views of the cliffs above the beach and the crashing waves below. Here you can try scuba diving, have a picnic, or take a walk along with the tide pools and discover all sorts of creatures.

What makes this property unique

A car is by far the easiest way to get around Laguna Beach, with free parking for up to four cars in the driveway and plenty of free street parking.

While the center of town is pretty walkable, and there is a trolley that serves that general area. The Laguna Beach Trolley is the only form of public transportation in town and is perfect if you want to take a break from driving and see the sights along the coast. The trolley has eight routes that primarily run along the Pacific Coast Highway, with some also detouring into town. The route that goes the furthest north is Route 3, which can take visitors to the popular Top of the World viewpoint.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber or Lyft, with plenty of cars available at any time of the day or night.
