Brand new detached guest house loft. Located in a nice, quiet, 60's neighborhood with well maintained homes and about 15 miles from Downtown Dallas and 2 miles from The University of Texas at Dallas. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment, recreational center, public parks, gyms,tennis court and DART public transportation. Within close proximity to local hospitals, car rental places, Post Office, Public Library, Texas Instruments, and the Telecomm Corridor.

Sindy’s studio was a great place to spend a long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was modern with a nice shower, and the bed above average comfortable compared to other properties. Our host communicated all necessary information well in advance and checked in with us after our arrival to see if we needed anything. The garage apartment is located in a nice neighborhood close to gyms, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we needed to spend time in the area!

Great VRBO!

This is a great place! It was super clean, Sindy was attentive to every need (the AC unit was dripping, but she got someone to fix it right away), and the guest house is right around the corner from a grocery store. I highly recommend this cute VRBO home.

Amanda was a delightful guest! She was very neat and respectful. I gave her five stars in all the categories. Please ignore the four stars in cleanliness and house rules. I’m waiting for VRBO to make a correction since that was a mistake and I can’t change it on my end. I will rent my place to Amanda anytime she’s in town.

So comfortable and convenient!

This was the perfect place for me to stay while was in Richardson on business. Spacious, newly renovated, all the amenities, tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of every restaurant/grocery/shop you could need. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Richardson.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Well Stocked Studio

Sindy’s studio was a beautiful, modern, and very peaceful place to stay. The living spaces and bed were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Sindy was very communicative with the check in process and during my stay! She even left me some breakfast items which were extremely appreciated and unexpected. I will be staying at Sindy’s studio again when I travel for classes in Texas in the future.

Great spot for single girl work trip

This property is beautiful and tucked in behind a house in a quiet neighborhood. I met both owners of the house and felt safe the entire time. the spot is private and quiet, which allowed me to work in the evening and I enjoyed using the fridge/stove/microwave to heat up meals. 1000 times better than staying in a hotel!

A lovely place to stay!

The home owners are gracious and welcoming. The studio apartment met my every need. There was an issue that was taken care of as soon as possible and I felt welcomed and very safe staying there alone. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. A very enjoyable get away!

Everything I needed

The efficiency over a detached garage had everything I needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and an attentive owner during check-in. It is tucked in a quiet neighborhood just half a block from a shopping center and walking distance from UTD (albeit a long walk).

Lovely Retreat!

The property fit the pictures perfectly. Was an excellent location for me. New unit located above a garage in a quiet neighborhood. Decorated well and comfortable!
