You will find everything you need in this spotless designer open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath house. It's large enough for two families with spaces to be together dining, at the pool or watching movies on the smart flatscreen TV.

It's warm coastal style will melt all your cares away once you start relaxing in the quiet fenced yard with resort style pool, chaise lounges dining and sitting areas.
The kitchen has many updates including granite counters and stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs.

Walkable to:
- Vanderbilt Beach(Voted top 10 in the Country)
- The Mercato is a walkable lifestyle destination with numerous eateries, upscale retailers and entertainment including the luxury cinema - "the Silverspot".
Some restaurants: McCormick and Schmick's, BRAVO!, Capital Grille, Whole Foods

The Ritz Carlton with Gumbo Limbo (top beach bar) as well as the Turtle Club are great places to be for Sunset.

Short bike ride on one of the 4 beach cruisers provided to Delnor Wiggins and grocery stores: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Walmart, and 2 Publix Markets.

Everything is truly walkable or bikeable once you begin your stay.

Smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, beach towels/chairs/4 bikes, pool toys, equipped kitchen and everything needed for an amazing vacation. Initial toiletries, and items to get you started provided.

Pool is heated to approximately 80 degrees and Spa to 102 degrees. Note Disney resorts are set to 75 degrees. Additional fees if temperature needs to be higher.

Outside Barbecue grills are maintained by the guests. You may have to fill the propane tank or clean them depending on the prior guest. 4 Bicycles available for guest use. Guests use bicycles at their own risk. Their condition will depend on the prior guest(s).

Pets may be allowed with approval: Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 - 55 lbs or less. No Cats due to potential allergies. Additional daily fee, cleaning fee and deposit.

Great Home

Our family of 6 stayed for a week in this beautiful Naples home! The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, close to the beach, the neighborhood was nice and safe, our 4 kids (ages 7-15) loved the bikes and they provided all we needed to head to the beach. We are already talking about when we can come back! We would recommend this house!

Great Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We sat by the fabulous pool every day. The outdoor furniture was stylish and comfortable. We could sit in the shade or sun depending on our preference. The pool was the best! The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The property is well-located near shopping and restaurants and great for walks around the neighborhood! Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend it to others.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our visit to Naples and our stay at this property. The house is as described and well-appointed. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is top notch. We loved the private pool and the covered porch where we could still enjoy outside even if it was raining. The host has supplied lots of beach amenities which helped us out a lot (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, etc.). It's a very quiet street and a short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. We ended up driving to the beach, but you could bike with the beach cruisers supplied at the house. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Graduation celebration

I brought my daughter and 4 of her friends to Naples for their HS graduation celebration. The house was perfect and Kim the owner was very helpful and very accommodating. The house was spotless both inside and out. The girls enjoyed biking everywhere- we rented two bikes from a local shop that Kim recommended so everyone had a bike; no car needed. We ubered a few times to Old Naples, but biked to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. The salt water pool was great too! The house had plenty of pool rafts, beach chairs, coolers and towels. We all had a great time and will definitely rent again in the future.

Excellent Property

This property is the nicest of the 6 we've visited in Naples Park. We settled in very nicely. The pool was just fantastic, and having a whirlpool was an added plus. We had a question about pool maintenance, and Kim was very quick to respond with assistance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice in size, and the showers were great. The only very small thing I would ask Kim to address would be cleaning or replacing a couple of the area rugs as they have some staining. We would gladly visit this property again.

Kim's property was very well represented...no surprises :)

Kim was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was amazing and kept at a nice warm temperature...we used it daily. It was easy to navigate to the beach area by walking or with the bikes Kim provided. All the neighbors and people we encountered were friendly...a very clean & safe neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay & we'll surely be back to the Naples area :) Thank you, Rick and Terri Estridge

Great summer get away!

We really enjoyed our time in Naples at this lovely property! The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool and spa were amazing! We appreciated having the bikes to use and ride to the beach. Location was great and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the many restaurant recommendations Kim left us, esp Turtle Club and USS Nemos. Would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Beautiful upgraded home and well appointed. The area is very quiet and the property has plenty of privacy. The bonus is the pool and spa which is very high end and well maintained weekly. We spent a very enjoyable five weeks here.

Even better than expected

It’s so great when a place surpasses your expectations! The pool makes this home a resort and you won’t want to leave. Our family rode the provided bikes to the beach and around town. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need while on vacation.

Perfect place to stay for a great vacation!

This home is very nice, super clean, comfortable beds, beautiful pool...everything you hope you are going to find when you book a vacation rental. We enjoyed riding over to Vanderbilt beach where you can park at the state park and have beautiful beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was totally updated with plenty of space and beds. Pool and hot tub were heated and perfect temp. We enjoyed the mile bike ride to the beach and proximity to all the restaurants and downtown Naples! Beautiful home!!

Very nice hone with great pool and jacuzzi. Owner/manager was very friendly and helpful.

The home was very nice and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous, very private and beautifully landscaped. Everything was clean and felt like new. We enjoyed the property and would recommend to friends.

We discovered the wonderful Naples, FL vacation area several years ago and recently purchased a home down there to enjoy the experience more often. We've set it up so that you can start your relaxing vacation the minute you get there.
We have two young adult sons and know how important a pool/spa is to all northern families. My husband and I are long term rental property owners near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
