On the peninsula of Quiberon, close to the beautiful harbor of Portivy and the wild coast, our villa of 150 m2 built in 2017 welcomes you for a paradise holiday. It is very comfortable summer and winter, impeccably equipped and pleasant to live. Located 2 minutes walk from the beach
Hiking or biking, water sports, fishing parties, beach in a wonderful setting.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Very big big room of life with kitchen opened on dining room, living room overlooking the garden orientated west. Large windows.
A parental suite on the ground floor with its large walk-in shower
Upstairs: a play area, reading, TV - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom
Garden table and chairs, bbq, heated parasol, 2 adult bicycles available. Floor heating.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Es gibt genügend Platz im Wohnraum und im Garten. Bei der Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst. Vielleicht einen Duschvorhang an der Badewanne. Die direkte Nähe zur Cote Sauvage und zum kleinen Hafen in Portivy haben uns wieder besonderst gefallen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder...

Superbe et très agréable maison dans un port merveilleux

Mon deuxième séjour dans cette maison si agréable à vivre à un emplacement idéal sur la presqu'île de Quiberon. Tout est parfait, l'espace offert par la maison son côté pratique et chaleureux, l'équipement au top ! et toutes les petites attentions si agréables qui font que l'on se sent chez soi ou plutôt si amicalement accueillis. La pièce à vivre est parfaite, les chambres spacieuses et agréables. L'emplacement enfin : à Portivy si beau et préservé dans son écrin aux confins de l'isthme de Penthièvre et du début de la côté sauvage et à quelques kilomètres seulement, très facile à pied, des plages de port d'Orange et de Saint-Pierre-Quiberon côté protégé quand le vent se lève côté océan. Merci encore une fois de votre accueil famille de Roquefeuil. Et merci à Aurélie et Hervé de leur accueil et de leur présence. Bonne année à toutes et tous. Séverine

Modernes, helles Haus nahe der Küste

Sehr angenehmes Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung. Exzellente Ausstattung mit allem Notwendigen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Nähe zur Küste genossen.

Magnifique séjour à Portivy

La villa était parfaite pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions et nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur la presqu’île de Quiberon. Proche des plages et côte sauvage, sa localisation nous convenait aussi. La villa est équipée et tout y est pour une arrivée en douceur. Merci beaucoup!
