This 80 m² house, pleasant and very bright, is located very close to the beach in a privileged and quiet area, ideal for families. The house has, on the ground floor: a dining room (with fireplace) opening onto the terrace and the garden, an independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The garden is fenced and has a terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms + an annex with bunk beds, a bathroom and a small terrace. Its capacity is for 8 people.

The house is equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, heating by radiators electric, 1 TV with French satellite.

Beaches and coves: we are 80 m from a small cove of pebbles, 150 m from the beautiful sandy beach of La Fosca, 350 m from the very famous cove of S'Alguer, 800 m from the cove dels Pots, 1 km from Castell sand beach, 1 km from Platja Gran de Palamós sand beach.

Shops: the Spar supermarket is 100 m away and the Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets 800 m away. There are many restaurants and bars 150 m on the beach with sea views and enjoying a quiet and family environment.

There is a bus stop at 200 m, the park "Explora Park" at 400 m, the center of Palamós at 1 km, the town of Sant Antonio de Calonge at 3 km and at 8 km: Platja d'Aro with its attractive offer of restaurants, shops, attractions including the “Aquadiver” water park.
