Spring Sale at Green Door by the Sea!

The home is bright, modern, clean, and furnished beautifully inside. It can sleep 4 people. Natural light fills the house through large windows in every room. Green Door Cottage offers a comfortably furnished living room, cozy kitchen nook, small bedroom with closet, and a full kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The living room has a very comfortable, brand new, queen size pullout sleeper bed. It also has a flat screen Smart Roku TV, and an electric fireplace with built in heater to keep you cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, plus a microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. We do provide a smaller 4.5 cubic feet fridge to save space and there is no dishwasher, but we provide dish soap and everything you need to get the dishes clean after you cook a delicious meal. The bedroom offers an ultra comfortable Temperpedic mattress queen bed and a full size closet. The bedroom is enclosed by a privacy curtain, it does not have a traditional door. The living room has a few games as well as a Bluetooth speaker for you to hook up to and enjoy some tunes! We even provide a cell phone charging station.
Out front you will enjoy the large yard which is surrounded by a privacy fence. Here we offer lounge chairs, electric BBQ and a few toys and boogie boards. The parking spot is located directly next to the house.

We welcome your well-behaved furry friend and have a pet relief area in the front yard. We allow 2 dogs max and no cats or other animals. Just let us know you are bringing a dog so we can make sure to set out the water and food bowl. We even have a garden hose out front where you can wash off sandy pups after Dog Beach. Ocean Beach is a very pet friendly area! Easy access parking for one vehicle is available directly next to the house. Guests will have access to the entire home including the front private yard. The backyard is our neighbor’s yard so we ask guests not to go out the back door of the house. There is no washer or dryer available, but there is a laundromat just a few blocks down the street.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned, disinfected and sanitized and checked before each guest. Self check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations. We provide a welcome book for you which should answer most of your other questions. Check-in and check out is simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions. Unfortunately due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, we are unable to provide late check-out.

The property is located on a very loud, busy street and under the flight path. Planes take off from 6:30am-11:00pm. We have provided ear plugs, noise machines and fans for your convenience to help with the noise.
