Very beautiful villa "the shore" facing the sea with swimming pool and garden. Exceptional in Cannes. Immediate proximity to the beach. The city center (old port and palace) 15 mins walk from the seaside. The Villa has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs. Very beautiful reception rooms opening onto a terrace with sea view.
