Steps to Salis beach and an easy walk into Antibes Old Town for shopping, restaurants, Provencal market and sightseeing. Huge, private fenced garden, onsite parking for multiple cars, a lovely pool, barbecue, gorgeous shaded outdoor dining and lounging area, separate terrace with more seating for evening drinks. Also outdoor table tennis table, badminton and boules. 10 mins walk to bakery and grocer. Close to Hotel Eden Roc and Juan les Pins. Great location for access to Cannes, Nice, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Eze and Monaco. Rent ebikes nearby, book a cruise on the Med or take the kids tubing, the villa is perfectly located for both relaxation and fun.

Beautiful high ceilings, marble terrazzo floors and Art Deco balconies. Stylish light filled living room and large dining area. All the bedrooms are spacious with king size beds, luxury bed linen and soft towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. 2nd living room on first floor.
Fabulous, huge garden with multiple entertaining and chill out areas. Beautiful pool area with sun loungers, outdoor L-shaped sofa, dining area with bar, outdoor fridge and barbecue.

A fantastic maison in a wonderful setting and great location for a family

House was as promised. Large, plenty of bedrooms and baths, great air con and comfortable beds. The plot was well maintained and the poolside set up with a barbecue was wonderful for lunch and dinner. Pool was also in good use and good size. We really loved the place. In terms of location: easily walkable everywhere. Great beach nearby and 20 min to basically everywhere else, shops, other beaches and restaurants.

Amazing House

Amazing house very quintessentially french and perfect for our multigenerational family holiday. A few things could have been better - bike tyres were flat on all but 1 bicycle and 2/3 of the clothes airers were broken. Plus a few extra sun loungers would be useful. Apart from that - great communication and a wonderful week!

Property was advertised as having three en suite bathrooms in upstairs bedrooms there were no en suite bathrooms in the upstairs bedrooms. One shower upstairs was very difficult to operate. The dryer took hours to get clothes dry have the only three keys for 14 people in the house was insufficient. Some faucet water pressure was poor. Mosquitoes were a problem. Anna the property manager was exceptional.Excellent location.the pool was delightful. Plenty of parking the master bedroom suite was excellent. The villa is very quiet. The patio and living room were delightful for conversation. There were insufficient towels and no kitchen dish towels requiring the use of many paper towels. A railing on the stairs to the pool would have prevented 2 falls. Despite all of these comments, we did have a very enjoyable stay for our reunion of old college roommates. Anna gave us the name of a chef who prepared an excellent dinner for our arrival and subsequently gave us a delightful cooking lesson. she also shopped for some provisions which we requested prior to our arrival which was very helpful.

I'm unsure about your comment about the ensuite bathrooms upstairs, 3 of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. I'm sorry that you found that you had insufficient towels, each guest is given 2 towels and there are additional hand towels and bathmats in the bathrooms as well as a separate pool towel for each guest. I would always ask guests to let us know if they have a problem during their stay as on this occasion it would have allowed us to provide extra towels for your group. I was very happy to accommodate your requests for recommendations, and information before your stay and to be able to furnish the villa with a cocktail shaker and glasses for your group. I'm delighted that you had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for a week and, while the property was generally as described, there were a few disappointments — especially considering the price (10,000 euros for the week).The pool area is lovely, and the beds and sheets were very comfortable, which we appreciated. However, the interior felt more worn and dated than it appeared in the photos. It didn’t quite match the premium feel suggested by the listing.Some of the provisions also felt a bit minimal. For example, only two laundry tabs were left for a week-long stay, and the cupboard basics like oil and salt were sparse and not in good condition — the salt was old and damp. While a bottle of wine was kindly left for us, small touches like these are what help a place actually meet the premium price point.We also experienced issues with the heating upstairs, which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay, despite the technician's efforts.Overall, while there are some strong features, the property would benefit from more attention to detail and a more thoughtful approach to guest comfort — especially at this price level.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad that you enjoyed the pool, beds, luxury sheets and wine and I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the decor. Regarding the heating, I do apologise, we did have an issue with the reverse cycle aircon in some of the rooms upstairs and I am sorry that the gas fired central heating and the additional oil filled electric radiators were not enough for you to feel comfortable. The aircon was fixed as promptly as we could manage but I am sorry that this was not resolved to your satisfaction. Our guests tend not to do much washing while with us so normally 2 washing tabs is enough. Please do let us know at the time as we would have been more than happy to provide you with more for your washing. I will take your comments on board to improve our guest experience.

Traumhafter Platz in Antibes

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das fußläufig zum Strand, der Altstadt und dem Cap liegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und im Nebenraum befindet sich auch noch ein zweiter Kühlschrank, so dass auch größere Einkäufe problemlos untergebracht werden können. Auch ein großer Webergrill ist vorhanden. Fahrräder sind vorhanden, die angeblich überprüft worden sind, aber bis auf eines keine Luft hatten. Auch haben wir ein funktionierendes Fahrradschloss vermisst. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind traumhaft, still und uneinsehbar. An zwei Tagen ist der Gärtner recht lange zugange, was gut wäre zu wissen wann er kommt, denn dann könnte man an diesen Tagen Ausflüge unternehmen, da er lange mit dem Laubbläser unterwegs ist, den Pool reinigt und den Kies fleißig spritzt. Das einzige was absolut verbesserungsfähig ist, ist das Thema Sauberkeit. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, aber sowohl die Küche (Arbeitsplatten und Geschirr), als auch Bäder und Toiletten waren nur grob bis teilweise nicht gereinigt. Für den Preis hätten wir erwartet, dass wir ein sauber geputztes Haus antreffen. Und man sollte wissen, dass die Bäder recht alt sind, was kein Problem ist, solange sie sauber sind.

We are very strict about the cleaning as I completely understand how disappointing it can be to find accommodation which is not clean. Everything should have been spotless. Our property manager checked over the villa just before she checked you in and thought that it was all clean but of course it is possible for our cleaners to miss things. Please be assured that if you let us know that things are not to your liking or to your standards we would organise for the property to be re-cleaned so that you are satisfied. We really want our guests to be happy and so would always try and remedy any mistakes as soon as they happen. Apologies again and thanks for your rebooking for next year. We are delighted to have you stay with us again and rest assured the villa will be spotless!

We are British and have always loved Antibes and the surrounding areas. We fell in love with this house and its history and we hope our visitors will love it too. It is such a fabulous location both close to beaches and to the restaurants of Juan les Pins and Antibes. It is spacious and secluded with plenty of room for a large group and peace and quiet if you want to relax.

Antibes is a beautiful city with such amazing history. We love the cobbled streets, the Provencal market, the food and restaurants and the amazing beaches. The proximity to picturesque locations makes it the perfect base for a holiday in the Cote d'Azur.

Our property is a beautiful Art Deco villa with a fabulous history. It is in a secluded, quiet location so even in the height of summer you can enjoy privacy and quiet in the garden. It is so close to Salis beach and is an easy short stroll into Antibes town or into Juan Les Pins.
