The living room is divided into two spaces:
- A comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV
- A lovely American-style kitchen with an island and dining area for 6 people (including a dishwasher)
The first bedroom features two single beds, a desk area, and storage. Additionally, it offers direct access to the balcony and has a private shower room (including a WC).
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage. It also provides access to the balcony.
A shower room with an Italian shower and WC completes the space.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps on your street, Rue Molière, you can choose to:
- Stroll along the Croisette (5 min)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (10 min)
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes (1 min)
- Explore the city center on foot
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Lovely apt in a great area
We had a wonderful week here. The apartment was as advertised and in a wonderful location close to shops, the beach, and food. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi was strong. We had great communication with the rental company from start to finish. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.

No functioning Wifi when it sometimes worked on 1 mps, the application check in process is ridicules it takes hours, same for check out too. the deposit took 3 weeks to remove the hold, 1500. the management company (the worst)takes a day to respond, we spent days waiting for them to text and come if the ever did, to fix things. We had to go to a hotel for wifi for 2 days, 750. no refund. we work virtually so lost income.
