This magnificent apartment of approximately 75m² is situated in the prestigious building Grand Hotel. From the large 2nd floor terrace, facing east, you will be enchanted by the lovely view over the gardens, Croisette and beaches.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside.
The beaches, shops and restaurants are immediately accessible on foot. The Palais des Festivals is only a short 4 minute walk away.
The apartment is furnished with taste and very well equipped. WIFI, TV, IPOD.
The spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 double sofa beds in the living room.
The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your meals + washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave.
Lovely bathroom with shower enclosure. Seperate WC.
Linen is not included but can be hired with prior arrangement.

Fantastic Location

This place is exceptional for the film festival. The property manager was delightful and super attentive. Furniture style was a little dated by clean and hardly used. I've booked this place for Cannes Lions for the next 5 years!

Great Location; Effortless Process

The property is located in the same complex as the Mondrian and excellent for getting to everything during the festival. It’s a great location. Sally, the property manager, is affable and accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The property does have a little bit of deferred maintenance and it is a little bit on the older side. But it was clean and comfortable and quite enjoyable. I’ll probably rent this property again.

ce lieu qui pourrait être exceptionnel par son beau jardin est en fait envahi par une bande d’enfants qui hurle sous les fenetres, joue au ballon sur la pelouse, fait de la trottinette dans les allées ! Ne pas espérer passer une soirée romantique au restaurant de l’hôtel (Mondrian) ou sur son balcon. Dommage…

Great spot in Cannes

The owner was very accommodating and friendly. I was there for a trade show at the Palace du Festival and its really a perfect location. Plus there is a nice group of bars just on the back entrance for a drink with collaborators, very convenient. Super market is only 5 min walk and restaurant are simply everywhere. Shopping- well bring your wallet.

Parfait meme si beaucoup d’enfants mal élevés hurlaient dans le jardin devant, dans les couloirs et les appartements voisins. Un problème de copropriété plutôt que de propriété! Comme partout je suppose.

Remise de l’appartement par Sally très sympathique qui est au petit soin. L’appartement est super bien placé, très agréable à vivre et bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur le parc et la mer. Seul petit bémol il manque une cafetière pour capsules. A refaire sans aucun doute.

Lovely apartment on the seafront. Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need in a vacation. Friendly homeowner who is very helpful. Nice and spacious terrace in front of and a balcony behind which is closed. Excellent location, everything is accessible by foot. Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back again.
