You will also enjoy on the main level the King Master Suite as will as an addition queen en-suite.

The back patio features a dining table, BBQ, fire pit and private hot tub. The back yard is fenced in with grass area to enjoy.

The second floor features the second living room with comfy couches, game table, games and 65-inch SMART TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms two which are master suites. Bedroom 3 features a king and flat screen tv. Bedroom 4 is a king en-suite and bedroom 5 features two twin over queen bunks that were especially built for comfort. Each bedroom has a flat screen SMART TV.


This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Pet Rules:

1. Guest to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $125 for the stay. This fee is per pet with a two-dog max.

2. All pets must be leashed at all times.

4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees and a $500 fine. {reservations.first_name}

5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.

6. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from your credit card in addition to a $500 fine. {reservations.first_name}

8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch.

10. Homeowner & Management assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.

The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property. We are happy to refer your pet to wonderful doggy daycare in the area if you would like.
