Property was pet friendly it had a fenced in yard. The poolwas very close to the house and had a large 1ft deep areaperfect for small child. Plenty of room for 4 adults a toddler and a dog

This house in a newer area of Washington was well stocked and very comfortable. Convenient to the freeway and shops as well.

Our family birthday celebration was a blast at this home. It was clean and welcoming, even our little dog was welcomed with a water and food bowl! We enjoyed the spa in the early morning and took a dip in the pool across the street one afternoon. Our group ranged from 21 to 74 and the house accommodated all our interests. One night we played board games, another night we all watched a movie on the big screen TV. The home was located near the parks and we enjoyed going to Zion, two disc golf courses, Cedar City and the petroglyphs. We had a fabulous time. The only unfortunate thing was we believe we left behind our binoculars at the house because they didn’t come home with us. . However, wonderful memories did come home with us and we would highly recommend.

It was a pretty straight forward process, the place was as described and we had all the information we needed to enjoy our time and not worry about anything. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home with great layout & location

We love staying here! The layout was perfect for our family. The home was clean, warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The backyard was fabulous and we spent most of our time there. Location is very convenient. Probably the best home we vacationed.

Perfect place to stay in the Saint George area

This property was everything and more than we could have hoped for. Kitchen is well stocked, home was very clean and new, pool was almost right across the street. the drive into Saint George was very short. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Beautiful home!

This was a great VRBO with spacious common areas and a beautiful patio/backyard perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Close to most of the events and restaurants in the city, without being directly downtown. The decor adds even more character to an overall lovely space. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Overall, the experience was great. I would recommend the house and I would stay there again.

Great House!

This is a great house! I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean and well cared for. It was stocked very well with everything we needed and more. The backyard was great for our dog as it was fenced and well taken care of. The kids had a great time at the pool and the neighborhood was nice as well. Brandy was very accommodating and helpful as we worked out the details of our reservation. We would love to stay here again!

Great Home

We use rental homes a lot for our vacations and this home was one of the best. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the best stocked of every home we have rented. The location was convenient and the walking trail was close and beautiful. The pool is very close. The hot tub was maintained several times during our stay. The area was quiet and the backyard was perfect for visiting and for our dog. We make an annual visit to St. George and we will be staying here again.

Great place

Great place to stay. Kitchen was very well equipped, including spices, and the best of the VRBOs we have visited. It was also nice to have an extra refrigerator in the garage. Back yard had great living spaces and a nice sheltered table for early morning coffee and meals. Brandy the host was very responsive to questions. The VRBO map pinpointed the property in a secluded area on the west side of I-15 but the property was in a very residential area on the east side of I-15. Very nice residential area close to most amenities. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Family Trip

WOW! The home was beautiful, well decorated and very family friendly. The hot tub was nice to come home to after a day hiking. Kiddos enjoyed the pool across the street and the playroom under the stairs (such a cute idea) was a big hit with the little ones. Kitchen was well stocked. They even thought of the doggies with water/food bowls :) Can't say enough about this place...best vacation home we have stayed in and there has been many. Thank you we will be returning

Weekend with grandma and grandpa

When looking for a place to rent, I have a few more things to consider. Aside from needing a pet friendly place, I also need a place that can accommodate to my 93 year old father whose movement is limited. This home was not only beautiful inside and out but the layout was perfect for everyone. I had one issue, texted property management, who responded within minutes and it was taken care or in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.
