The location of this condo is perfect! It was very comfortable, nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation! The air conditioning works amazingly. Rebecca was excellent to work with. Will definitely be back!

This unit was very clean and even though we did not need them, there were a lot of places for people to sleep. The location is very close to restaurants and the gulf, very walkable. The balcony overlooking the pool has ample room to lounge on. Communication with the host is quick and easy. This condo is a good value for the money spent.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, and had plenty of supplies and utensils to use! The host was very reachable and friendly with quick responses. The games included in the condo were so fun! Our only disappointment was the pool/hot tub. Neither were heated, so that was a bit of a bummer!

Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!

We loved our stay! The only thing that we wish was different was the weather… it was rainy and cloudy a lot of the time. But the condo was perfect!! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us!

the room was very clean and we especially loved the thoughtful snack basket! plenty of space for a couple, or a small family since there is a bunk bed and large couch. they have beach chairs and a wagon on the balcony, which saved us a trip to alvin’s. walking distance to the beach and cute shops/restaurants nearby. only 15 minutes from destin if you want more activities to do on a rainy day. we just left and are already planning our next visit to this property! 5/5 stars!
