Loggerhead Cay is located within minutes by bicycle ride to the historic Sanibel lighthouse as well as restaurants and shopping. This ground floor unit allows you to walk directly from the lanai to the courtyard, pool, and beach. The property has been totally updated to include a new kitchen, furniture and appliances.
This comfortable, well maintained condominium has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, lots of closet space and an adjoining full bath. Two twin beds are in the second guest bedroom. there is another full bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. The living room boasts a sofa, and love seat. Meals may be prepared in the fully - equipped kitchen and enjoyed at the breakfast bar, dining table or table in the lanai.
Many restaurants are located within a short walk, bicycle ride or drive. Food shopping is very close on the island as well.
The condo features a family friendly atmosphere to include bed/ bath & kitchen linens, beach towels, chairs and toys. There are 3 televisions in the unit. There are also board games and some books to enjoy.
Parking is reserved in front of the condo. Since it is a first floor unit, parking is very close to the front door.

Sanibel is a lovely peaceful and relaxing place to "dial down" and recharge. Stepping out from the lanai is lovely to walk passed the spaceous pool to get to the beach.
