Sundial F401 Penthouse Beachfront with Wrap Around Balcony

Our 2-bedroom condo--Sundial F401 has beachfront views complete with sliding glass doors that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. Weekly Sat. to Sat. except in value season, we can offer shorter stays, but weekly is best value. We offer a large screened wrap around balcony with furnishings. Our condo has been professional designed with upscale kitchen and baths. Flooring is ceramic tile throughout (no carpeting). Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room, queen sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 smart TVs, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, games, books, starter supplies and bath amenities, etc.

This Sundial condominium offers 1/2 mile of uncrowded beach, condo swimming pool, free wireless internet, BBQ grills.

Please don't confuse us with the adjoining Sundial Resort. Our condos are updated, clean, and we provide extra amenities you would not receive at the neighboring Resort property.

Contactless check-in at property. Cleaning protocols in place.

Adjoining Sundial Resort is a separate property. Open to the public at the Resort are tiki bar, restaurants, pizza kitchen, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis, spa services, and Sanibel Sea School. All other Resort amenities are restricted.

Owner highly encourages guests to purchase travel insurance to cover your trip. Cleaning protocols in place. Contactless entry.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the gulf. The pool and areas were well maintained and beautifully cared for. If you like sushi, don’t miss the restaurant at the resort - best we’ve ever had. As for Candy, the owner, can’t say enough for her communications and taking care of everything needed. She goes above expectations.

The host left great check in instructions. The view of the ocean from the condo was amazing and the wrap around balcony with the sliding doors, fantastic. Master bed was very comfortable. Only steps to the beach

Everything about our stay was truly wonderful! Amazing view (and open sliding glass doors to the sound) of the ocean, so nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, close to everything in Sanibel. Even the master bedroom bed was super comfortable! And when I had a small question about how to turn something on, Candy was available and got right back to me within a very short time. We loved it there and would definitely stay there again.

The only issues was the refrigerator other then that very comfortable and very nice

Beautiful Condo

Our family getaway

We absolutely loved our time here. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed, including chairs and an umbrella for our time on the beach. The location was perfect with being right next to the pool and beach. We are looking forward to coming back.

Sanibel beach condo

Wonderful, spacious condo with wrap around balcony and beach view in a very nice complex. Felt like home and we would definitely stay there again. Candy was very helpful and only a text or email away with timely responses to questions.

I have owned at the Sundial since 1994. Our family first visited in 1990 and we were hooked. My son wanted to be up before dawn to search for shell 'treasures' on the beach. We have since owned 7 Sundial condos and a South Seas condo on Captiva. We currently own F401, B306, and B307 plus a condo in Maui.

Why they chose this property

We had sold our Captiva condo because of delays in restoring at South Seas following Hurricane Charley. We had made several offers, but then we heard about the F401 owner selling and made contact. This was the far best location, top floor, and wrap around balcony. This required a complete remodel as the condo had never been updated. Today it is luxurious and our most popular rental.
