Pristine, light filled home with large lanai and large private yard, just steps from the semi private swimming pool. Located in beautiful Bonita Springs, close to Naples and Fort Myers. Walk to Starbucks, Fresh Market, DiRomas Italian Market and The Promenade shops and restaurants. Across the street from a semi public golf course and 4 miles to Bonita Beach. The house is newly remodeled with updated furnishings and offers every modern convenience.
Home features a main level master bedroom with king size bed, large walk in closet and large private bath. Two additional bedrooms (queen size bed and queen size/twin bed) on second floor with a shared full bath. Additional bedroom/office on main floor with a semi private half bath.

House rental includes linens, towels including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Other amenities include gas grill, baci ball, volleyball, regulation cornhole and bicycles for 4, floats and noodles for the pool.

Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood

From the start my stay was perfect. The house is exactly as described - spacious, clean, well-furnished, bright. I loved the open concept first floor, especially how the indoor living space could be extended into the lanai by opening the sliding doors. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The heated salt water pool is steps away, and the backyard is very large and surrounded by lovely landscaping. It is a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, close to everything yet you feel apart from the busyness of 41. Tegan was completely responsive to my questions, and she checked in with me just the right amount. The house was spotless when I checked in. There are ample towels, water toys, and beach things. I am already planning for my next visit!

Amazing

This place is perfect! We had an amazing month and Tegan was available and helped whenever we needed. The neighborhood is so welcoming and friendly and the location is close to everything. We felt so lucky to find this place.
