Laurent was welcoming and very responsive. He was diligent in making sure we had everything we needed. He even stopped by when the weather turned cold to make sure we knew how to operate the heat. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was great to relax in. It is in an excellent location, close to stores, restaurants, Barefoot Beach, and major thoroughfares making it easy to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent Laurent’s house again.

We really liked this property. It was clean and well maintained. The only thing they would have made this property better was if there was a better family sitting area like a couch or sectional. The pool very nice too!

Great and peaceful location

We had an excellent time at Laurent's Waterfront house! It was calm and spacious, equipped with everything you need for an extended stay with the family. We most enjoyed the house's pool and dock, as well as the nearby activities, shopping areas, and dining spots. We would definitely consider returning for a longer stay next time. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time with all the comforts of home. Thank you, Laurent for making us feel so welcome!

Terrific Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this house. Great location, well-appointed house and wonderful pool in private backyard. Laurent was attentive to our needs and even immediately replaced the refrigerator when we discovered it was malfunctioning. We especially enjoyed the large screened porch!

Wonderful Getaway

This waterfront home was everything I could ask for. The place was beautifully furnished/decorated and clean. I loved the lay out. The pool was heated. Beaches are less than 10 minutes away as is downtown Bonita Springs. The property has a small dock if you choose to rent a boat. Laurent was so kind and accommodating. He even provided beach chairs, an umbrella and pool toys. Great place for adults and/or kids! (If you have kids, I also recommend the pirate ship in Fort Meyers and the CMON Museum in Naples)

Erstklassige Unterkunft

Zum Check in war der Eigentümer Laurent persönlich da und hat uns alles zur Unterkunft erklärt und gezeigt. Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Fotos der Unterkunft entsprechend vollends der Realität. Es ist ein wundervolles Haus mit einem tollen Pool und sogar einer Bootsanlegerstelle, da am Haus ein Kanal verläuft durch welchen man zum Golf kommen kann. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Gegend. Der Strand, der in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, ist super schön Wir können die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens vollsten empfehlen. Danke Laurent für alles. Sollten wir wieder nach Florida fahren, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen dein traumhaftes Haus zu buchen.
