Ground floor: kitchen (wood-burning stove), living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm and 1 cot, 1 double bed 160cm), bathroom (bathtub, shower), WC, laundry area.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Baby equipment: high chair, baby bath, potty, and toilet seat adapter.
Central heating included and towels provided. 2000 m² garden, swing set, pétanque court. A seventh person can be accommodated for an additional €15 per night.

For business travelers, bed linen and cleaning are mandatory. Nestled in nature, this spacious house is ideal for those who love the countryside, manor houses, and winding rivers. Cider specialties are available nearby.

The price includes: free firewood, Wi-Fi, ground floor bedroom, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, garden, pets allowed, tumble dryer, DVD player, fireplace, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, television, detached house, heating included, towels included.

Beautiful and very confortable house

Le Petit Mesnil is a very beautiful old farm which has been renovated to very high standard by the hosts. It is very comfortable, clean, modern and well provided. The view of the garden and the surrounding pasture land is very soothing and relaxing. It is very quiet and located away from the road. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, (Thank you so much for the delicious cider and biscuits, provided as welcoming gifts!). They are very engaged and genuinely care to make sure that everything is perfect for the guests. I would recommend them very highly!

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par Mr et Mme Fontaine.La maison est spacieuse et au calme.La cuisine est bien fournie en vaisselle et agréable pour des repas conviviaux.Le jardin avec son panorama et le soleil de l'après-midi parfait pour surveiller les enfants à la balançoire et lire. Un avre de paix pour se reposer.Autour, il y a la biscuiterie de Lonlay-l'Abbaye et son village très charmant. Nous avons également visiter Bagnoles de l'Orne, Domfront et son Église et Flers.Merci Mr et Mme Fontaine de votre confiance et de vos attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir.
