You're welcome to bring your own! Feel free to tie up at the private dock right on the property.
Please note: We can't guarantee the dock will accommodate all boat types, so let us know your boat details in advance and we'll confirm if it's a good fit.
◘Security Notice
Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance of the home.
◘Need More Space?
Traveling with a larger group or extended family? We've got you covered! A separate 5-bedroom vacation rental is located right next door. Contact us for availability and booking options.
Booking & House Policies:
◘Signed Rental Agreement Required
All reservations must include a signed lease agreement, a valid ID, and a selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Weddings or Events
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, weddings and large events are not permitted.
◘Pet-Friendly with Fee
We welcome up to two dogs! A pet fee of $150 per dog applies—just let us know if you're bringing your furry friend.

Lake Norman's water levels can change daily and are managed by the local energy provider. We can't guarantee a specific lake depth during your stay.
