Newly remodeled top floor unit- Monthly rental
Newly remodeled top floor unit with 2 balconies. One balcony looks out to the pool, 2 spas, 2 tennis courts and 180 degree mountain view. Easy walking to Downtown Palm Springs, the Spa Casino, Art Museums, Restaurants, etc.... The bedroom can be either two twin extra long beds or one king size bed, whichever you prefer. The well equipped kitchen has all the standards including a blender, toaster, instant hot water heater, drip coffee maker and a French Press.
My apologies but VRBO has removed many of my pics because they included posters or artwork with borders. They refuse to tell me why. That is why many bedroom and living room pics are gone. Again, my apologies.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling 0-90 days before occupancy-50% refund, Cancelling prior to 90 days before occupancy- 80% refund. Thank you.
