This is not your ordinary desert condo

This beautiful, vibrant, architecturally stunning, 4-level fully furnished 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo is just a 10-minute walk from the excitement of downtown palm springs. Enjoy the 8 pools and spas, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, racquetball courts and other amenities in the gated village racquet club community. With only 140 condos in the community, you have all the luxuries available to you without being overcrowded. Self check in is our preferred option.

This modern, beautiful condo features a family room, new, well equipped kitchen, wet bar including wine fridge, leather couches, modern furnishings, large master bedroom and bath, walk-in closet in large master bedroom, washer and dryer, one car garage, TV, DVD player, stereo, outdoor BBQ, mountain view from master bedroom, pool view, guest parking, well manicured grounds and numerous other amenities.

Supermarkets and other stores are only 3 blocks away. We are only a few minutes walk from the spa casino, convention center, golf courses, hiking trails and all palm springs has to offer. Publicly run Olympic swimming pool and skate park are 3 blocks away.

Bike paths are just out the front gate of the complex. Mountain biking, hiking and rock climbing are 5 minutes away.

Great location; fabulously colorful; immaculate; perfect!

We chose this rental because of its location and the colorful photographs and were not disappointed. The immaculate condo had all the requirements including an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, a large master bedroom, two small outside areas, a well located swimming pool and privacy. There were additional nice touches such as a wine cooler, soft, adsorbent towels and a great shower. We were about a ten minute walk from downtown shopping and restaurants and about a five minute drive to a supermarket. The owners were readily available by phone and were very helpful. We have rented about two dozen VRBO's over the past ten years and would rank this among the highest in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities. Highly recommended.

Great location with plenty of room.

Great location that allows a quick walk to downtown. Nice spaces with stairs between each of them. Place has everything you need in kitchen, baths, bedrooms and everything works. I did not have a car but had friends stopping by with their cars and getting them in the complex was a little problematic. since there was no access code shared. Then only real negative was that the place could use a really good cleaning as there was a lot of old dust on things and the oven had not been cleaned for some time.

Perfect Winter Respite

We thoroughly enjoyed spending two months in this colorful, light-filled condo far from midwestern winter. The space was visually interesting and comfortable, not only for the two of us but also easily accommodated guests on two occasions. Ample furniture was stylish and comfy, the kitchen well-stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. The complex is conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs and all it has to offer; it’s also very well maintained. We had a couple minor issues easily addressed with the owner who is very responsive; nothing for which we’d give a lower rating. This is one of the favorite places we’ve stayed over the years.

Colorful, comfortable condo very close downtown PS

This might be the best-equipped condo I have ever stayed in. The fun decor was a great change from the usual Desert Drab. Even though it's on Ramon, it was very quiet inside. Well located for just about anything you want to do in Palm Springs. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Everything you need +++

This was our sixth year in the Desert and, by far, our best because of this wonderful townhouse. It is beautifully decorated in bright colors plus the location couldn't be better. It is only four blocks from downtown Palm Springs. My morning walk was to yoga while my husband tooled around downtown. The evenings were full of restaurants and entertainment or sometimes we would just grill out and have a quiet meal on the patio. The place was immaculate and we wanted for nothing. Pot, pans, dishes, towels etc... were plentiful. It was a great place and we will return.

Stylish colorful decor near downtown Palm Springs

This property is a well-equiped condo and the owners are responsive when problems arise. We came to Palm Springs to hike and had a wonderful time on the many near-by trails. The condo complex is gated and quiet. I think the lay-out of the condo over 4 floors would be "no go" for some people, but that did not pose a problem for us.

Great place

Stayed here for 3 months for a job assignment out in Palm Springs. This was the best part of my stay out here. There were great views of the mountains from the condo. The pools in the facility are very nice. There is a deck that overlooks one of the pools. Such a great view. Everyone in the complex were friendly and quiet. I liked that it was a gated complex. The owners are great to work with. If I had any problems during my stay, they were quick to get back to me and solve the problem. If I get an assignment out in Palm Springs again, this is the first place I would look to stay at again! Loved it!

Why they chose this property

We spent years looking for a vacation rental in Palm Springs that had all the amenities we were looking for--fabulous pools, well maintained grounds, an onsite gym, garage parking and architecture more compelling than the standard desert condo. We also wanted to be able to walk in less than 10 minutes to downtown where we can enjoy the restaurants, the Thursday farmer's market, the museums, shopping and other great activities in Palm Springs. We found all that we were looking for at the fabulous Village Racquet Club.

What makes this property unique

We are close to everything Palm Springs has to offer, but isolated enough to enjoy the peace and comfort of the area as well. The modern architecture, vibrant colors, leather couches, wet bar and other furnishings of this unique, 4-story condo will ensure you have a great time in comfort and in style.
