Outfitted with fantastic porches, a coastal, airy atmosphere, and sleeping 10- this lovely beach cottage promises an unforgettable vacation experience. Guests will know they’ve arrived when they spy a vibrant, yellow front door. This home provides private parking for two in front and sits near the beautiful Seaside Chapel. A spacious open-air front porch awaits, featuring yellow Adirondack seating that overlooks a shaded, Seaside footpath.

Step inside to an open floor plan, where guests can find a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4. An appealing dining table with bench seating for all is nearby, as well as a generous living area, paired with modern, comfortable slipcover seating for all, as well as a flatscreen television with a sound bar. One of the sofas in this space doubles as a queen sleeper, to accommodate two more guests. A full-sized bath lives on this level for your convenience complete with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Just off the living area, a peaceful screened back porch awaits, equipped with an outdoor dining space for two, as well as comfortable lounge seating, (cushioned, outdoor sofa and chairs) and additional dining for all to enjoy! This area is the perfect spot to visit over a homemade meal or to catch up with friends over evening wine and charcuterie.

Find three bedrooms on the second level. There is a large king primary bedroom with a full bathroom and porch access. The king has plenty of storage, a smart TV, and a bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower (with rain head). The screened-in porch has a bed swing and a large lounger sectional sofa a perfect spot for an evening glass of wine or reading an afternoon book. The second bedroom is another King with a smart TV, closet, porch access, and a shared renovated full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds and shared full bathroom access. This bunk room also has a smart TV.
