- 1 large living room (180 m²) is open on the pool and garden with design kitchen (polished concrete, aluminum and teak), a dining table for 10 persons and 2 very large sofas.
- 1 pool of 16.60 m by 6m.
- 1 TV room of 25 m² (large 3D screen over 50 films available).
- 1 toilet / sink for your guests.
- 1 gazebo by the pool to relax, read or have a drink.
- 1 gazebo massage (1 masseuse goes to you for 8 to 10 euros an hour - on request).
- 1 Bale in old teak for a nap or read a book.
- 1 gym room with equipment. (Running and accessories)

- 1 manager who will handle all your requests: tours, reception, shopping, etc ...
