L’appartement est agréable, spacieux, confortable, calme,bien situé...Il était parfait !
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.Il est proche de beaucoup d’activités différente : plage, marrais, îles......
L'appartement est propre et les matelas confortables, les enfants ont adorés avoir une chambre pour eux et une piscine pour se rafraîchir, jouer et nager.
Annie, la dame qui nous a accueillit était très gentille, disponible et serviable ...Merci a elle !
Grégory Lecoeuvre est disponible par téléphone pour tous les renseignements dont j'ai en besoin et très aimable ..
en résumé un appartement parfait pour des vacances en famille! Nous le recommandons tous vivement et merci encore tout était très bien.

Bon sejour passe a Marans. L'appartement est correct et suffisant pour une famille.
Points positifs: Calme piscine propre et entretnue 2 places de parking. Personnne qui s'occupe de la location facilement joignable et disponible. La situation entre la Rochelle la vendee et le marais poitevin. Les informations sur la region sont nombreuses et completes
Point negatif: La literie les matelas ne sont vraiment pas bien epais et l'on dort mal Peut etre aussi redonner a chaque location des oreillers et couettes propres et en bon etat. Le lave linge serait un plus.

Un appartement spacieux et bien équipé dans une résidence sécurisée très calme, nous recommandons!!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé pour une famille de 6 personnes (2 adultes avec 4 enfants).
Excellente communication du propriétaire et excellent accueil à notre arrivée.
La résidence est très calme et propre ainsi que la piscine qui est un plus indéniable pour passer un agréable séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
Une famille de l'Oise entièrement satisfaite de son séjour.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine! L appartement est très agréable et bien équipé, la résidence très calme et propre, les jardins sont magnifiques, la piscine très agréable et propre aussi. Les curiosités touristiques sont toutes proches: La Rochelle, l île de Ré, les marais Poitvains, le Puy du Fou....Bref, impossible de s'ennuyer! Les commerces à proximité, c est confortable .. Les parkings réservés et le local à vélos, un plus aussi! Bref, on recommande vraiment! Seule la literie pourrait-être améliorée.. mais comme dans beaucoup de locations!
