Located on 20 beautiful acres, this home is the perfect location for any desired vacation. Surrounded by open land and orchards there is plenty of room to roam and enjoy nature, play games in the grass surrounding the home or lounge by the pool. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. With a large, open kitchen with lots of counter space, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and full size side-by-side fridge and separate freezer it's a dream kitchen for any group.

It's a fantastic location for your own Shelter-in-Place escape. With Wi-Fi throughout the house there's plenty of space to work or do school from home!

Each of the four bedrooms are designed for the comfort of each guest with quality mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom includes a king bed with an adjustable bed frame allowing you to raise and lower the head of the bed to your perfect height. The next guest room has a queen bed with the same adjustable bed frame. On the other side of the house there are two additional guest rooms. One includes a queen bed as well as a twin size day bed with additional pull-out bed below. Alongside that is what we've dubbed the "bunk bed room" which includes THREE bunk beds (two doubles and one triple) giving you 7 beds for a fun slumber party!

There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room with a pull out full size bed. Pack-n-play cribs available upon request as well as a highchair if needed.

The four bathrooms all include a spacious shower with one bathroom including a tub and one bathroom including a no-threshold shower with seat and support bars.

And don't forget about the beautiful 20 acres the home is located on! Bring your frisbee, soccer ball or football and enjoy the open fields. Stroll through the olive orchards or up to the old barn. And then enjoy the outdoor BBQ and seating out by the pool. Pool is fully fenced with two lockable gates and no access from inside the house.

There is plenty of parking but no garage or covered parking.

Historic Coloma (Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park) is only 6 minutes away! Enjoy a day exploring the historic gold discovery town or rafting down the American River.

Or find your way 20 minutes up the road to Apple Hill to enjoy the shopping and delicious foods at the local farms and orchards.

And you're only 15 minutes away from Red Hawk Casino and 25 minutes from Folsom Lake or 1.5 hours to South Lake Tahoe!

You can also venture out to the many nearby wineries or up to Placerville to explore and dine.
