2-story townhome at The Harbours Condominiums directly across from Louisville overlooking downtown & the Ohio River! Indoor & outdoor pools & gym.

The condo sits on the banks of the Ohio River, directly across from Louisville. You can drive across the bridge to downtown in less than 5 minutes, or take an easy stroll across the lit and picturesque walking bridge.

An abundance of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides of the river. Grocery stores and shopping are within a few miles. I-65 is right around the corner and travel is easy.

2-bdrm/2.5 bath unit w/ private entrance & 2-car garage. Master bedroom with king size bed opens onto a private balcony. A second bedroom has a queen size bed. Several guests have told us they have gotten the best night's sleep of their life here! Two portable twin beds can be placed in either bedroom or downstairs if needed. Private patio. Indoor & outdoor pools & gym.

The entire place, including private patio, balcony, and garage are yours to enjoy! You also have access to the onsite pools, grills, and gym. Check in is easy thanks to a coded lock box.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled water as well as basic pantry items and light snacks are stocked and ready for your arrival! Ample free parking is available for guests. A desk is provided in both bedrooms with basic office supplies.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 precautions, only registered guests will be permitted to use the pool. Per health department regulations and condo policies, ALL children in diapers are required to use swim diapers when using the pools.

We stayed here for a weekend due to a funeral. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views of downtown Louisville and the river. Safe and clean neighborhood. Amenities were amazing, we utilized the pools to relax at the end of our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The unit was beautify, very clean and perfect location. Walking distance to many locations. Jessica and Jason were great to work with and very helpful. We would love to come back. Great Place to Stay!

This property may be even better than advertised. We loved it for our family’s short getaway. The hosts thought of everything. The condo and facilities were perfect for us. The area felt very secure. You also can’t beat the view and location. I included photos taken from just across the street. Having an upstairs and downstairs helped when someone wanted to nap instead of visiting with the family. We hope to book again!
