We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very quiet inside and pretty clean. We were happy that it had a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The furniture in the living room and dinning room were not very comfortable. The location was conveniently located to down town and seemed safe.

Wow, perfect for our girl’s trip. Close to the action on Market and Main Streets and easy to hop onto the major highways to get to offerings on the south and west side. So many amenities available - fully stocked plates and cookware, soap, shampoo, Conditioner, hairdryers, snacks, coffee, and waters. TV on 1st fl plus another in the kid’s bedroom. So welcoming and thoughtful. Owners were readily available if we needed info. Highly recommend for groups of 3-6.

This house worked so well for the four of us who stayed there during a convention we were attending downtown. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and not all intrusive. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood yet never felt uncomfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience!

I will reiterate what others have said about first impressions about uneasiness over the neighborhood. However, again like others we had no issue. The main bedroom on the first floor got a lot of road noise so you need something to block out the noise. Pictures are very accurate. It had everything you needed for a stay.

From the moment we opened the front door, an overwhelming stench hit us, a mix of something rotting and long-neglected cat urine. It wasn’t subtle or occasional --- it filled the entire downstairs living, dining, and kitchen areas and lingered on our clothes even after we left. We tried to stay objective, but when our last guest arrived on the final day, he immediately recoiled and asked if something had died inside — without any prompting. That confirmed it wasn’t just us.The most frustrating part wasn’t just the condition of the home, but the host’s response. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they flatly denied anything was wrong and insisted we were making it up. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or even meet us halfway. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but in this case, I feel obligated to warn others. This was not a small inconvenience — it made much of the space unusable and cast a shadow over our entire trip. I would strongly advise against booking this property. You cannot trust this host to be honest or accountable. Period.

Nice, clean house for short stay.

Stayed overnight with family. Inside of house was as listed. Very clean. Location is a little bit sketchy but we did not experience any problems and they do have outside cameras on sight so made us feel a bit safer. Worked well for very short overnight stay.
