Amenities are available to registered guests only. Fees, amenities, and hours are subject to change. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We love this place!
This is our 3rd year staying at this home. The kids love the bunk beds and the locations is centrally located with access to a great pool. We'll be back next year!
The property was great for my friend and I! We stayed 3 nights and loved the decor and golf course surroundings. Very centrally located in Brewster. Used it as a springboard for visiting Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Only challenge we had was the firmness of the beds in the 2nd bedroom, which might be something others appreciate.

Perfect get-away
This home was in a beautiful and peaceful area. The setting was lovely and the home was warm and inviting and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 2 bathrooms. We were even allowed an early check in which was a huge help. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend in your lovely home!

Great place, internet not so much
The set up was great, plenty of beds. The Internet was awful, the WiFi never seemed to stay connected or the the tv kept cutting out and took forever to come back
The place was nice—clean, uncluttered, great views out the windows and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the 10-digit code required to unlock the door. It often took us several attempts (like 10 - 20) to get it right, which was quite frustrating. My suggestion to the owner: consider switching to a simpler 4-digit code for a smoother experience.

Paradise found!!
The updates to this already amazing home away from home make it incredibly difficult to want to leave. Conveniently within short distance to some of the best beaches on The Cape, Ocean Mandevilla has updated HVAC and other features that make it more modern than many of the other units at the Ocean's Edge resort.
Gary and Laura are amazing hosts who have anticipated how to delight their guests in nearly every way. Thanks for another brilliantly safe and cozy stay!

Great location and charm
We booked this home last minute as an impromptu getaway for our family of two adults and two teens. We love the beautifully landscaped, quiet community complete with a golf course and community pool. The area is peaceful and private and centrally positioned on the cape so that you can get to any destination by car in under an hour. It was cleaned well prior to our arrival and I loved the signs, pictures and instructions placed throughout to give us a crash course on the home. :-) My only small comment is that the setup would ideally work for a family with young children. The size was a bit cramped for our four, adult-sized people but that's not a reflection on the home itself. Overall, for the price, convenience and charm we enjoyed our stay.

Mis-advertised
The condo itself was very cute and clean!! We enjoyed our stay. However, it is mis-advertised. The pool is $25 per person per day. It is not included in the price you pay for the condo. Also, the mattresses are uncomfortable. The coffee-maker is a Keurig, so come with some k-cups if you are a coffee drinker.

Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.
Water views from lanai. Comfortable, clean, quiet condo convenient to bike trail, restaurants and beaches.

The space was more than we anticipated but worthy of high praise. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities at the ready. The location was great, just around the corner from numerous tasty eating venues. Very pleased with choice. The only issue was the checkout and checkin times. A little on getting in and a little early on getting out. Thank you for the wonderful spot.

Centrally located condo for the family! Be aware that you have to buy pool passes separately- they are not included. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and condo.

Great location and setting
The property is quiet and cared
For. We did experience a lot of ants throughout the unit despite it being clean. The additional fees for use of the pool should be included in the listing. The unit was comfortable and well equipped.
