Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod escape at Ocean Edge Resort! This beautiful Howland Circle condo invites you to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories.

The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy the air conditioning, a large television with internet access and sliding doors with a view of the patio.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. There is a dining table with room for six or step outside to your private patio, complete with a gas grill, dining table and umbrella. It is ideal for morning coffee, a family barbecue or evening cocktails under the Cape sky.

The main floor features a full bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a new queen bed, air conditioning, and a television. Beach supplies are available in the entryway closet.

The loft offers sleeping for four, with a new queen bed and two twin beds. In addition there is a television with internet access, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Drawers are under the queen bed for clothing storage. The loft also includes a full bathroom and a closet.

This home offers the convenience of Ocean Edge Resort with easy access to Brewster beaches and Nickerson State Park. Guests can eat at the various restaurants at Ocean's Edge or purchase a sponsored guest pass to take advantage of the pools, gyms, and children activities. Brewster's famous tidal flats, pristine bay-side beaches, art galleries, and fine dining are all minutes away. There is a walking path from the condo to Nickerson where you enjoy bike paths, playgrounds, and kettle ponds.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children s activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
