Peaceful, fully fenced, separate country guest house on 1.5 sunny acres
Next to main house-separated with a privacy fence

propane fire pit on private deck

there will be a small extra fee for more than 2 pets(10 per night) or a reservation of 3 nights or longer(35 per night)
You can get around a 10 minute hot shower, reheat time is around 15min.=this has a small hot water heater and is shared with the kitchen. The sinks will have extremely hot water, please be careful

This is a great space for someone who likes nature but wants to be a quick drive in to downtown Asheville. I am close to Warren Wilson.

See bears, wild turkey and deer roaming about. Go across the street and relax by the Swannanoa River.
