Yet, the Blue Ridge Mountains have always beaconed us home. After much soul-searching, we planted roots here and created Fawnhurst Rentals to share the beauty of this special place.

Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, Fawnhurst Rentals welcomes guests with cozy, home-like lodging. Our private estate features three fully-furnished rentals perfect for short or extended mountain getaways. Each unit includes free laundry facilities, access to a shared outdoor hot tub, and ample parking. We also have two fire pits available for guests to enjoy.

What makes this property unique
The estate of "Fawnhurst Rentals" takes its name from the private gravel drive on site called "Fawnhurst Lane," though the origin of the name is more poetic than historical. "Fawnhurst" combines the Middle English words "fawn," meaning a baby deer, and "hurst," meaning a hill or hilly area. While the rolling hills of the estate may have once been home to deer, sightings are now rare. Instead, guests can enjoy spotting the many squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits.
