For your stay in Corsica, we welcome you to this pretty, very comfortable furnished T2 of 50m² with magnificent sea views.

This cottage is located on the ground floor of our villa, in the middle of a masked park of 4500m², very quiet.
You will have a beautiful private terrace facing West, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

Composition:
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, separate WC, large fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) opening onto a large living room with a double sofa bed.

For your stay in Corsica, we welcome you in our pretty furnished T2, very comfortable with magnificent sea view, for 2 to 4 People.
These cottages are located on the ground floor of our villa, in the middle of a very quiet 4500m² parkland.
You will have a beautiful private terrace facing West, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

Wonderful Apartment with a breathtaking view

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in einem top ausgestatteten, liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Appartement verbracht. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Ajaccio ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Von den Vermietern haben wir viele Informationen über die Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände erhalten. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist man auf jeden Fall auf das Auto angewiesen, da in direkter Umgebung leider kein Restaurant, Supermarkt oder Bäcker zu erreichen ist. Ingesamt hat es uns aber richtig gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.Vielen Dank Isabelle und Emmanuel für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Très beau séjour

Très beau séjour dans ce gîte. Bien placé par rapport à Ajaccio, vue à couper le souffle. Le gîte est bien équipé, on n’a manqué de rien. Beau jardin avec différents fruitiers.

Værtsparret er venlige. Lejlighed er i fin stand, veludstyret og ren. Smuk udsigt, fredeligt.

Skønt beliggenhed, meget at opleve. Obs på at sengen er kortere end 2 meter, hvis man har nordisk højde. Værten har lavet et godt kort til det vigtigste i både nær- og fjernområde. Ved ankomst, husk at bruge google maps til gbs koordinaterne, Apple kort leder forkert vej. Alt i alt et godt sted vi vil anbefale.

Six heureuses journées, partagées entre superbes plages, piscine et balades vers cascades et ds torrents : de quoi convenir parfaitement à tous les quatre, de 9 à 78 ans ! ***** C'est la première fois que, ds une location de vacances, je trouve une cuisine aussi équipée, avec en outre les bases des produits d'entretien, d'épicerie,etc , ainsi que le dépliant pr trouver facilement (on scanne) les endroits intéressants. Le canapé est un vrai lit et la literie d'un parfait confort. Je souhaite pleine réussite à nos hôtes, Isabelle et Emmanuel, que je remercie chaleureusement. Mc P.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete FeWo mit herrlichem Blick

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich mit einer selbstgefertigten, sensationellen, interaktiven Karte für Ausflüge und Versorgung in der Umgebung. Ein Punkt weniger, da zum Grundpreis noch Zusatzkosten entstehen, die nicht klar genug aus der Beschreibung hervorgehen und der abendteuerliche Zufahrtstweg, was aber für Korskika fast normal ist.

Gute strategische Lage in schöner Umgebung

Moderne, ruhige FW oberhalb von Ajaccio/Porticcio, nur 600m zur T40. Ansprechende Zimmer, franz. Bett 140x190, schöne Terrasse im Frühjahr. In der dt. Internet-Annonce sind keine Zusatzkosten aufgeführt. Bei Anreise haben wir erfahren, dass die Endreinigung nicht inkl. ist und jeweils vom Gast zu leisten ist (alternativ 80 EUR), für Bettwäsche und Handtücher 2P. 70 EUR anfallen und eine Barkaution von 200 EUR zu hinterlegen ist.

Bonjour, Merci pour vos appréciations. Nous prenons note de vos remarques sur les prix des options, qui sont bien indiqués dans le détail de la propriété. Nous n'avons pas du tout accès aux sites traduits dans les autres langues mais je suppose qu'ils sont indiques au site français. De plus, le jour même de votre réservation, je vous ai adressé un message vous remerciant de votre réservation et en indiquant toutes les modalités sur les options. Nous louons effectivement des gîtes et non des chambres d'hôtel ce qui explique que le linge n'est pas fourni obligatoirement. Vous avez d'ailleurs payé le prix d'un gîte et non d'une chambre hôtel. Nous faisons le maximum pour accueillir au mieux nos vacanciers et pour leur proposer des gîtes confortables et propres et cela ne se fait pas sans investissement de notre part. En ce qui concerne la caution, il faut noter qu'elle est rendue le jour du départ. Désolée que ces points vous aient contrariés mais cela nous fait avancer aussi la clarté et la transparence des conditions de réservation. Appartement neuf avec vue magnifique sur baie Ajaccio

Nous avons ete tres seduits par cet appartement tout confort. Tres propre. Et super fonctionnel, grand. Pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Situation geographique au top. Au grand calme et tres proche d Ajaccio. Les hotes etaient tres sympathiques, et a l ecoute, avec de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement cet appartement ou je met la note de 5/5 sans hesitation.
