A Casa Vostra - 3-Bedroom House with Mountain Views

We are pleased to welcome you to our beautiful little village, surrounded by greenery and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. <br><br>We are located at:<br>- 10 minutes from the beaches and Porticcio<br>- 15 minutes from Ajaccio Airport and 20 minutes from the port and downtown<br><br>Quiet, pleasant, and functional, our ground-floor apartment—which is independent and not overlooked—consists of:<br>- An air-conditioned living area (with a sofa, TV, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, range hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine)<br>- A first bedroom with storage and a 160x200 bed (new bedding)<br>- A second bedroom with storage and two 90x190 beds (which can be converted into a 180 bed, new bedding)<br>- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet <br><br>Outside, you’ll be able to park two vehicles and enjoy the two terraces at your disposal (one facing the house and one facing the mountains, where you can admire the view of the entire valley, enjoy your meals, or stargaze from one of the lounge chairs).<br>You can also use the outdoor amenities, such as a grill, lounge chairs, a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella.<br><br>For babies, to make your stay easier, we provide (upon request and free of charge) a travel cot, a changing table with a mattress, as well as a small baby bathtub, a potty, and a high chair.<br><br>An iron and a small table are also provided. <br><br>Bedding and towels are not included, but we can provide them at the following rates (payable upon arrival):<br>- Bedding: 10€/bed/stay (including sheets and a baby sleeping bag)<br>- Bath linens (1 large and 1 small towel, 1 flannel): 10€/person/stay (including a baby dressing gown)<br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br>No parties; quiet environment.
