This property was a great place for my friends and I to stay. It's walking distance from the Bishop Arts District, which has some nice bars and shops. Owner was friendly, everything went smoothy, there was a lot of space and furnishing.
We were in a real bind, having thought all of our arrangements were set over a month earlier. The day before flying to Dallas I went to print out all of our reservations -- airline check-in, rental car, VRBO -- only to find that our VRBO had been cancelled. Scrambling to find a last minute place, we were lucky to find this one. Ruchi was fantastic -- saved our trip to attend a family wedding, made everything easy, the house and neighborhood are awesome ... turned what was a VRBO nightmare into a dream vacation. If considering, don't hesitate to reserve Ruchi's place.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to lots of restaurants and shops and the condo itself was very cute and well-appointed. There was not a stove or oven though, which I thought was odd. We did not need it since we did almost all take out food while we were there, but I would pre-warn guests they can’t really cook in this place. Overall, we loved our stay.
The first time I booked this place September 5-7 and had a wonderful time, . This year I tried to book the other townhome she had listed but the communication was so poor. Due to the lack of transparency my reservation was cancelled. When I went to look at the calendar she marked out the 12. Please do not book!!!!! . Go spend your time and coins somewhere else.

Great home but need some maintenance.
We stay in this beautiful house for a week. Everything was very nice with exception of the very dirty carpets ( it has lots of stains) and some walls. I didn’t notice when I booked the place that it didn’t have cooktop 😳. I wished the owner mentioned it in the description. The property manager was very fast answering my questions.

Stay
House is wonderful and location is excellent. However, property manager failed to send gate code and key lockbox code. We were forced to ask the neighbor who luckily had the property manager's cellphone. She immediately gave us code and noticed her inbox had not sent email with property information. Small hiccup but enjoyed our stay !!
Enjoyed my stay. Nice place, mostly perfect. Very comfortable space. Bedroom knob about to come off, nail sticking through where bedroom carpet meets the bathroom ... both on main floor. Other than that ...
The only thing that may make a difference to some people is no off street parking. I parked on street in front of the house every night but one, when I parked across the street.
I stayed here for a few nights with my husband and two children, 7 and 2. A big pro is the location - you can walk to Bishop Arts and have numerous options to eat and shop. It's also just a few minutes drive from all the downtown attractions. It's a lovely updated place, but the layout was tough with two small kids. Things to keep in mind: you can only access bathrooms through the bedrooms, there is no stove/oven or full-size fridge/ice maker, and there are no cups (just mugs and wine glasses). It's also a bit awkward to enter from the street/front property and carry things through the gravel walkway to the back. Overall it was very nice and I'd stay again on my own, but likely wouldn't book with a family.
Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for us to all hang together in the kitchen/ living area. The property was super clean and beautifully decorated. We loved using the patio and balcony. This unit has street parking only, but there were plenty of spots to pick from. The location was only a 10 minute drive from downtown Dallas. We will definitely consider coming back!
There were so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Super clean place! We would definitely come back again. The property manager was so accommodating and went above and beyond with all our requests,
