Vacances au calme

Logement bien placé, endroit calme. Le petit bemol...la place de parc n'est pas a côté du chalet, donc pas pratique quand on est chargé.

Hourtin port très agréable, chalet confortable

Le terrain du chalet est réduit mais compensé par l'espace et les activité à faire autour. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter des installations dédiées au x moussaillons mais cela doit être du à la crise sanitaire je suppose.

Conforme aux attentes à l'exception de la piscine annoncé et qui est désaffectée depuis + de 2 ans

Merci pour votre appréciation. Vous avez du vous tromper à propos de la piscine, nous n'en faisons aucunement mention dans l'annonce. Elle est fermée depuis 2 ans.

Pas d'accès au chalet en voiture pour déposer les bagages. Pas d'accueil en raison de notre arrivée tardive (19 heures) à cause des ralentissements sur notre parcours. Pas de chariot pour transporter nos bagages. Pas d'aspirateur. Pas de WIFI. Pelouse pas tondue. Piscine fermée alors que tous les chalets devaient avoir accès. Cependant, lieu agréable, près du lac et du village d'Hourtin.

Il est vrai que la résidence étant entièrement piétonne (tel que cela est indiqué dans l'annonce), aucun accès au chalet en voiture n'est possible. Dans la mesure du possible, la personne qui fait le remise des clés (et pas uniquement de notre chalet), réalise l'accueil des locataires en personne. Il ne lui a pas été possible de vous accueillir à cause de votre arrivée tardive. Une lecture attentive du descriptif de l'annonce, vous aurait évitée d'être déçue. En effet, WIFI, aspirateur et accès à une piscine n'étaient pas dans la liste des équipements de l'annonce.
