The Space:

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with one queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a queen-size pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with all necessary cookware and appliances. A washer and dryer are conveniently available within the unit. Entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities; please note that cable TV is not available. The condo spans 850 square feet, offering a well-designed and functional living space.

Getting Around:

Free Parking is limited - the small parking lot on site is first come first served basis.



Additional parking is in the Old Town Parking Garage right next door. The garage allows for overnight parking but please review the posted city parking signs.



Please Note: From November 16 through April 14, overnight parking, 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., on City streets is prohibited by City ordinance. You will be towed!!



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
