Phillipe & Christine's place offers spectacular views of the sea and the quiet, settles the soul. The apartment is efficient, clean, and was perfect for what I needed. They are gracious hosts and with the help of Gilles, check in/check out went smoothly. A lovely few days.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 10 nuits dans ce beau studio. Dans une résidence fermée et gardiennée, fin mai début juin, nous disposions d'une vue superbe sur la Méditerranée avec la presqu'île d'Antibes en fond de tableau et un magnifique parc en premier plan. Lit confortable, terrasse spacieuse, cuisine équipée... tout concourt à rendre le séjour agréable. Les propriétaires et Marie qui nous a accueillis ont été attentifs et réactifs à nos moindres demandes .

Für Mensch mit Hund ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum spazieren ein. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist etwas abenteuerlich, leider war der Strand sehr dreckig. Kaputte Flaschen, viele Scherben und Abfall lag herum. Für Hunde gar nichts und auch ich habe mir das etwas gepflegter gewünscht. Der Pool wurde gerade geputzt und gefüllt und war noch nicht in Betrieb. Das Studio ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist zum hochklappen und gleichzeitig auch ein Tisch. Das kam bei der Beschreibung des Studios für mich nicht ganz klar rüber. In der Wohnung nebenan wurde umgebaut. Das hat uns vor allem am Morgen gestört. Darum blieben wir nie lange im Studio, sondern sind immer gleich weg. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und dem Concierge ist sehr gut gelaufen. Auch der Herr an der Reception bei der Anlage La Mirandole ist hilfsbereit und gibt freundlich Auskunft. Uns wurde bei einem Aussichtspunkt bei Cap d'Antibes das Autofenster eingeschlagen und alles aus dem Auto geklaut. Wir waren keine 5' weg. Die Diebe waren nur an Autos mit ausländischen Kennzeichen interessiert. Passanten sind hinzugelaufen und haben den/die Diebe vertrieben. Sie sind mit Scootern unterwegs und machen das blitzschnell! Also aufgepasst! Die Leute rundherum waren sehr hilfsbereit. Auch auf dem Polizeiposten waren alle kompetent. Die Empfehlung Fotos zu machen und direkt zur Polizei zu fahren, hat uns viel Zeit gespart.

Visiblement vous n’avez vu l’arrêt de bus qui est situé juste à côté de l’entrée du parc de la résidence, il s’agit de la ligne Cannes / Antibes qui est bien desservie en bus. Si vous revenez et si vous avez des questions, n’hésitez pas nous demander ou à demander à Gilles notre prestataire qui vous a accueilli ou encore à Marina, qui est à l’accueil de la réception de la résidence. Sehr zweckmässiges Studio in gepflegter und weitläufiger Gartenanlage mit super Meerblick

Im Studio war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt brauchte. Das ausziehbare Couchbett war super bequem, das Bad hatte erfreulich gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Fön, viel Ablagefläche, Vergrösserungsspiegel, ausreichend Handtücher, inkl. Badelaken), ebenso die Küche. Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und in guter Qualität. Für 2 Personen war das Studio, bzw. 1 Zi-Appartment vom Platz her ausreichend. Die Anfahrtbeschreibung war etwas kompliziert sowie die Beschreibung für den zugehörigen Parkplatz. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison/Nebensaison dort waren, konnten wir meist einen nicht reservierten Platz vor dem Gebäude finden. Die Informationen vom Anbieter zu Nutzung und Verhalten im Apartment und auf dem Gelände sowie Tipps zur Umgegend erhielten wir erst einen Tag vor der Abreise. Etwas umständlich war ausserdem das Erreichen des Strands, so dass wir meist unterwegs an der Küste einen Schönen Strandabschnitt gesucht und auch gefunden haben. Insgesamt war die Lage der Wohnung ideal für Erkundungen/Ausflüge an der Côte d`Azur. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Ferienwohnung auch weiter empfehlen.

Bello l'appartamento, ma spiagge deludenti

L'appartamento è ben organizzato ed equipaggiato, ha una terrazza grande con una vista indimenticabile sul mare e sul golfo di Antibes, però l'ho trovato poco pulito ( le lenzuola del divano letto erano già usate, ma le ho potute cambiare). Il residence è immerso in un parco curatissimo, dove si trovano anche una grande piscina (un po' vecchiotta e non pulitissima) e un bellissimo campo da tennis, molto sfruttato. Il residence ha una spiaggia, con accesso diretto, ma pubblica, che è però mal tenuta e mal frequentata, con grossi ciotoli all'accesso al mare. A circa 800m si trova Golfe Juan, che ha spiagge sabbiose e ben tenute, ma il mare è torbido e pieno di alghe. In conclusione, il residence è perfetto per chi ama stare lontano dal caos di Cannes (che nelle settimane centrali di Agosto è invivibile), ma non è l'ideale per chi ama stare in spiaggia e ricerca il mare pulito e trasparente.

Siamo felici che tu abbia potuto godere dell'indimenticabile vista sul mare di Cap d'Antibes, come hai detto Hai dormito su un letto pieghevole e inevitabilmente, anche con le lenzuola lavate e stirate, potrebbero esserci delle piccole pieghe quando il letto è aperto. È un peccato che tu abbia dedotto che l'appartamento era sporco, perché poniamo particolare attenzione alla pulizia. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge della Costa Azzurra, vengono pulite ogni giorno e quella in fondo al residence beneficia di un'acqua limpida e cristallina. Ci sono infatti degli scogli, in cui vengono a nidificare una dozzina di varietà di pesci, il che permette una magnifica vista con le maschere che mettiamo a disposizione.

Die  Residenz ist eingebettet in einem sehr schön angelegten Park mit großem Pool. Die Nähe  zu  schönen Stränden , interessanten Städten  und Orten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Ausblick auf das Meer sowie die Bucht.
