WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. VRBO is a scam!!

VRBO asked me to revise my review. I will not until I get my refund!!!!! THIEVES!!! My reservation was accepted and paid in full. I NEVER accessed the property. Had to make different plans in a hurry. Still waiting for my refund!!! Don't know if it's the host or VRBO that stole from me!!!

ello I understand your nervousness and I confirmed at the request of VRBO (in view of a possible refund) that I have never met you, let alone rented anything or received the slightest dollar. I took the time to respond to each of your messages and I repeat that it must be a computer bug. Only VRBO can investigate your reservation and the destination of your payment. For my part, On my honor, I clearly tell you that I have absolutely nothing to do with it.
