- Full access to the main house and all three casitas via smart‑lock entry with a unique code

- Early check‑in / late check‑out available on request, driveway and garage parking

- Fast WiFi, washer/dryer, quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM, no vaping, no unregistered guests, no parties, front‑yard and pool‑facing cameras for liability, and required photo ID and credit card before check‑in.
