Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming house to rent in Saint-Colombier, 4 km from Sarzeau. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll love its pretty garden planted with trees, its lovely living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and its 4 spacious bedrooms. WiFi connection, bed linen and towels included, beds made on arrival. The house is ideal for a stay with family or friends, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The 130 m² house is spread over 2 levels and is made up as follows:
Ground floor,
- A beautiful 67 m² living room with lounge, large dining table for 10 people and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, combined coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.). There is also another table that can seat 6-7 people.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasin, plus a separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed 160x200
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed 160x200
- Bedroom 3: double bed 140x200
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
Outside :
- Garden furniture with a large table seating 10 (built-in extension).
- A barbecue is available.
- Sheltered terrace facing south-west
- Charming enclosed garden planted with trees.

- Renovated village house in a quiet location.
- Close to footpaths and cycle paths (700m from the Gulf of Morbihan).
- Walking, cycling, beach (ocean 5 km away)
- Port-Navalo 15 km away (ferry and/or cruise to the islands of the Gulf or Hoëdic, Houat, Belle-île)
- Restaurant / bread shop opposite
