Great location for short walk to Old Town and Lake Annecy. Space is perfect for a couple or family of four. Kitchen, bathroom, and terrace are great. Parking is a plus. Provided two fans to help with heat. Would stay here again.

Fantastic views! Nice 2-b apartment facing the lake and has views of the church tower and the town. Beautiful apartment. Full shades in all windows. Despite of the heat, we did not experience much discomfort. One thing I want to alert the next renters is that Google Maps does not provide the correct exact address to enter the car garage. Make sure you get the exact directions from the leasing agent. A pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again. Very clean, modern, very good shower, just the right amount of space. Had a great view and is in a lovely development. Easy walk into town, although it is a bit uphill walking back. Plenty of kitchenware, all very comfortable. Parking is tight, our Nissan 350z just fit, but was a welcome addition. This may be my misunderstanding but the accomodation is not just a holiday let, the owners must use it too as their belongings are in the property. Its not an issue, I just wasn't expecting it and thought it may be useful to point out. Also we unfortunately do not speak French and the lovely lady who met us for check in did not speak English. She was still very helpful and we got the info we needed but the property does advertise as being English speaking so thought this may be useful to know. These are not negatives, just for information. We would definitely recommend this property.

Appartement idéalement situé, dans un quartier en construction(pas dérangés par le chantier),proche du lac et du centre. Vue sur le lac sympa. Très bonne literie. Attention pour le garage, éviter les grosses voitures, nous avons un Tiguan,il fallait bien manœuvrer mais ça se fait.

Très bon séjour à Annecy

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville dans les hauts du Tresum. Parfaitement équipé et moderne, vous vous sentez comme à la maison. Literie vraiment très confortable, c'est suffisament rare pour être signalé. Jolie vue lac depuis le salon, petit bémol sur la spacieuse terrasse qui offre une vue essentiellement sur les immeubles d'en face (mais pas trop proche) et une vue de coté sur le lac. Le séjour s'est néanmoins parfaitement passé et je recommande vivement l'appartement dans la magnifique région d'Annecy.

We accidentely forgot our iPad. It was still in a bedroom. The strange thing is: they haven’t found it anywhere…… Very strange and unbelievable. So of you go there, look very good if you don’t leave somerhing, because then it’s lost.

appartement trés bien situé, spacieux et bien équipé par contre un peu juste au niveau de la propreté (poussière et wc) et les propriétaires pourraient laisser plus de place dans les placards des chambres et salle de bain, plus congélateur complètement plein sans pourvoir l'utiliser cordialement

Séjour parfait

Location idéalement située, proche lac et vieille ville. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. La terrasse est top avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. N’hésitez pas.
